I ordered front brake pads and rotors for a Mitsubishi Mirage. I had been experiencing problems finding the right parts at local suppliers, but found them in stock here. I was very happy with the price, expected delivery time, and cost of delivery. The parts arrived exactly when I was expecting and were what I needed based on the website's recommendation for my car. I will use these guys again.

Ordered parts to change brakes on a 2015 cruze diesel. There is a flaw on the website. When filtering for the cruze diesel, it shows parts for the gas model as well while indicating they are a fit for the diesel model.
I ended up ordering the wrong parts due to this issue and I am getting very slow back and forth emails with customer service.
I wasn't able to get an answer in 3 weeks to return the parts with prepaid shipping since the fault was on their part with the bad website design.

Parts shipped reasonably fast, next business day and the stuff from the eastern half of the country arrived next day, parts from the west coast took a whole week to arrive. That is slow compared with competitors. They offer a decent amount of parts for older models and some of the pricing is decent, but be careful none of the pricing has anything to do with "80% of dealers", it does not follow any sort of structure with MSRP or discount off. Some small parts are cheaper at the dealer so always check. Quality of the parts received is so far decent, not always what they claim for brands but known good parts.

Generally good experiences here, for parts for my older Mercedes and a Toyota. Usually correct descriptions but some problems on distinguishing parts for the MB issues. However, this was small seals and holders for mechanical fuel injection, so generally easier for most other parts. Most but not all (or not enough of an item) parts were in stock. Very good ordering and delivery setup. Very useful for Canada, keeps me out of US ordering and offers comparable prices.
