Goods that had been dispatched did not correspond to what was ordered. On contacting the sales area via email and pointing out the discrepancy they immediately dispatched the correct goods.

Ordered the Foxwell 701 and arrived…
Ordered the Foxwell 701 and arrived within three days. Setup of the unit and getting it to communicate with my specific vehicle pretty straightforward. The software update easily done via WiFi. Can recommend it for the serious DIY person that have an idea what they are doing. I do my own maintenance so the unit pretty much paid for itself straight away, was even able to resolve an ERG region issue I had.

We received the product as ordered and in good time but we needed this for insurance and we cannot get a tax invoice for Australia. No phone contact in Australia, doesn’t answer email or chat. April 2023
