No Key for the fuel cap!!!

We brought a Hymer Motorhome from this company and they "forgot to give us the key to the filler cap"
We brought the Motorhome in September and we had we drove it home to Sedella and did not need any fuel until we went back to the UK in October. No problems except when we decided to fill up. We gave the keys to the petrol attendant who then informed us the key would not open the filler cap. I notified the company and requested they sent us the key or a replacement at the time. And repeated the request 4 times, occasionally they responded but no key or cap has been sent.
The cost of a new filler cap 50 euros is small compared to the Motor home 30,000 plus!!
