Auto Assure: Scam King

This feedback is the result of a horrible response I received last year from Auto Assure, LLC (my extended car warranty company). I had my car serviced at my local Honda dealership, a highly reputable business. According to my contract with Auto Assure, the repair, a generator, was a covered item; however, since the Honda service manager did not call Auto Assure to report the item until AFTER the work was completed, Auto Assure refused to pay. This company should be flagged as a scam organization. Of course, I should have checked them out before paying $4200 for their so-called "Secure Plus" policy for four years, a contract that I am now afraid may prove to be worthless. I am still angry as hell over their refusal to honor their warranty. Please warn your customers about this unscrupulous firm.
Please note: I wanted to assign zero stars, but due to a typing error one star was entered. When I tried to remove the one star, the trust pilot system had no way to let me do it. In fact, I wanted to assign four negative stars, but the trust pilot system would not let me do that either.
