When i did my insurance I though i was getting full coverage. But it wasn't I called to cancel my account and it took them 15 days to return my money,but they did not put the money back onto my card they sent a check.

This company is NOT honest!
I bought insurance on the 13th of January. On the 15th you canceled it. And kept half my down payment. And make me wait for a check instead of sending it back the same way you took it! You had all my information I was fully transparent if you knew I wasn't eligible why did you approve it and take my money then cancel and keep half? pretty sure it against regulations.
