Dont waste you time and money…
Having bought plenty of parts over the years and fitting allot of Autodoc parts i have to say the quality is shocking. I replaced the lower control arms and a wheel bearing on my own car and within 3months I needed a replacement control arm due to poor quality and whole ball joint falling out. With only a few thousand more km on the car both front lower control arms balljoints need to replaced now and the wheel bearing is noisy again. The whole car is noisy now and all have to replaced again.

For this reason, the selector provides recommendations, but the most accurate way to confirm fitment is by checking the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or the Original Equipment Number (OEN) before purchase. Cheaper but poor when things go wrong
I had originally placed an order on the 30th of December which was partially fulfilled. After a significant amount of chasing Autodoc the missing items were dispatched again on the 4th February and still have not arrived on the 25th. To their credit customer service have been in contact this time however this is an extremely long wait for parts.
Edit: I've now received a refund as of the 3rd of March, practically two months after around when the order should have arrived.

Great prices, awful support and shipping
I will start this by saying, autodoc is convenient, cheap and overall, GOOD, but I am only giving 3 stars because they charge 25 euro flat rate to Ireland and orders take 2 weeks which is crazy for car parts from Germany.
I mentioned this to support to complain and the rep David K was super rude and dry. He expressed 0 customer service skills. I am a customer success manager, if he worked Under me he would be on a Performance Improvement plan.
I had a gripe that all of my orders (3 prior, one pending) take 2 weeks to Ireland
The rep replied " our shipping to Ireland is 6 days" " we don't have a warehouse in Ireland, were a German company"
But in fact they sometimes don't even ship your order 5 days after you order it.
My message to management: Train your staff you treat your customers with dignity, this dry and crude attitude leaves a bad taste in customers mouths.
Also Paying €25 shipping for a single 100 gram part and waiting 2 weeks is totally unreasonable. Fix this or you're going to see an avalanche of poor reviews
I would be in my right mind to leave a 1 star review but I think you can get ork 9n these issues and be a formidable platform.

This is my number one place for car parts - price are good, compare to IRL and their system is working very well - information about order status are reliable and fast. No delays, however the whole process is not fast - something between 2-3 weeks from PL to IRL.
