Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the payment process, noting unexpected charges and a lack of transparency regarding costs. Customers frequently reported issues with pricing, with initial low fees escalating. The subscription model was a major point of contention, with concerns raised about automatic renewals. Don't fall for it!!

As everyone else says. This company is a scummy piece of shit. Taking advantage of people confused about themselves and seeking support. I fell for it in a vulnerable moment since it looked so professional. Boom 30 dollars gone when I only was supposed to be charged one. Report this site. Do not use it. This is unacceptable. Now I feel even worse than before for falling for this stupid shit without checking here first.

Absolute scam..

Absolute scam... Did an online assessment, was told it would be 30 pence (UK) to get a copy of the report, so I did this... 48 hours later, I'm charged £29.95 for something that I have no idea of.

THESE ARE SCAMMERS!

I fell for this scam too, I completed a long test only to be told at the end to pay 30pence, I thought OK fair enough now I've entered all my details. Then I'm hit with a £29.95 recurring subscription the following week - no where was the communicated. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute and block. Please do the same if this happens - these should be blacklisted from card providers.

Absolutely absurd

Absolutely awful. Was checking my bank account and realised I had 30 quid taken from the autism test which claimed to only be '30p' when initially take. Never once does it mention a subscription until the money is taken from your account. Customer service could even spell words right let alone help in any way, no offered refund for a website I had only used once. Absolutely absurd

Not Transparent Enough

They need to behave more transparently and make it so you can opt in for the report for the small fee, and then tick a box for a free 2-day trial. The way they have it set up is sneaky.

I thought it was okay as it says "Secured payment. We never store your card details". Funny that.

I got refunded after a few emails back and forth. Hopefully people will look for reviews first and see the trap you can fall into.

I reported the site to Google so it doesn't pop up as the sponsored site when doing a search for tests for autism. It's not on.

30p test results then charged £29.95

***AVOID THIS SITE***
They charge is 30p for test results, they then deduct £29.95 48 hours later and will continue to do so each month. I was not aware nor was it clear on their website. I have contacted my bank to stop all further payments and to try and reclaim the £29.95 the have since taken.

Do not use!!

Avoid this company at all coats!! They are claiming to promote to support people with Autism assessments and once you do an assessment they ask you to pay 30p to receive it via email. You do bot receive an email and you then do bot realise you have entered into a subscription. 48 hours later they take £29.99 out of your account!! This company are making money fron vulnerable people trying to get advice and support. These tests are not able to be used for official doctors reports yet they are trying to charge £29.99 a month for a subscription fee, FOR WHAT??? Avoid!!!!!

Abhorrant service that edges on a scam

Abhorrant service that edges on a scam.

You complete the 'free test' just to be hit with a pay wall. By which point they will have your personally identifiable information on their system...

Then they offer your results for the low price of 30p. However if you scroll down you will see the small print where after you sign up, you get a free 48 hour trial before being charged a £29 subscription. So basically they're misleading people to pay a rediculous subscription for the results of a pretty basic test.

I'm reporting them to NSCS but not sure if any thing will happen.

Glad I read these other reviews before going through with anything.

I would give 0 stars if I could. ITS A SCAM. I’ve emailed to request a cancellation and potential refund if they do not respond in time and I am charged for the subscription anyways.
