Product came opened/damaged and unusable. Customer service made it easy to communicate and replace

Tried this product for the first time recently and fell in love, so I went to purchase 4 more bottles, and they just tossed in a free bottle of face wash that I was not expecting. And everything arrived very quickly with free shipping from Denmark (?). I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I love tea tree products from Australian Bodycare and I was delighted to hear they had an anti itch spray. I ordered it from a UK retailer and found it to be good at providing relief and the tea tree was great at deterring further biting insects. So I repeat ordered and was dismayed to find the tea tree oil has now been omitted from the spray. The company says it is just as good at providing itch relief without the tea tree. That may be the case but now it does not deter further biting insects. Sorry but Ican buy other cheaper products without the tea tree oil. To me there is now no point to this. Apparently the body oil has no tea tree either so again no point in buying this now as there are other cheaper body oils which are just as effective. What a pity. These would have been 2 great products if the tea tree component had remained.

Great communication, good choice of products. Only downside is the delivery charge, as with most companies when you spend a certain amount ,delivery is free.

Still didn’t receive my order. Very bad job!

It’s early days but so far this hair product has delivered everything promised.
Delivery was prompt especially given my order was dispatched from Denmark. So all things being equal definitely a 5/5!

The shower cream does not lather. It sits on your skin like lumps of whipped cream and does not clean. There is virtually no perfume- I purchased four different products, they were all the same. Four generations of my family tried them and we all found the shower creams unpleasant to use.

First time I have accessed this website and it was easy to view the various products. Didn't see the exact one I was looking for but I think I have ordered the nearest to it. Hopefully it it as good.

I ordered 3.10. and still have no announcement about delivery date. Ragarding my previous order (anti hair fall set) it was a great dissapoitment. Have spent much money with no effect.

Products are good, only thing I did not like was the odor of the foot cream. It was too heavy for me, anyway.

I am Esthetician for many years. I have been using Australian Bodycare products for a long time. The prices are fantastic. I thought it would be more expensive. And the shipping price was not bad either. Seeing that I am in Canada. Their after wax lotion is so soothing, my clients love it. Believe me give any of their products a try. You won't be disappointed at all!!
