This could be a scam.

I never got to use this. It appears to be a bit of a scam. I was promised an extension for a year, then cancellation and they still continue to charge me.

I downloaded the app on a free trial

I downloaded the app on a free trial, realized quite quickly that it was not worth a subscription, and canceled the subscription before the first billing. I have been trying to cancel this subscription ever since. I have been billed multiple times for an app I have never used. I have emailed repeatedly, I tried to cancel through the app but it tells me I don’t have a subscription - then why am I being billed? I am not sure they have a customer service department since I have never received a response to any of my emails.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Complete scam, clearly praying on people with ADHD who struggle with impulsivity. Essentially just a calendar and AI chat bot. No CBT or online forums as promised in the initial survey. Thanks to another reviewer I managed to cancel but it's unlikely that I will get my money back given what others have said. If you see this before signing up, please don't!!

A disgrace, a company taking advantage of vulnerable people like me trying to find way to manage ADHD. Never managed to cancel it, is something impossible...stop the subscription it still manage to charge me. The worse is: I don~t know how to stop it???

SCAM - Can't Cancel

Impossible to cancel. I gave up and had to go through my bank to dispute the charges. It took me a while To find the time to contact my bank so they scammed me out of a lot of money. If you waste your money, you will be sorry. Read the reviews. I wish I would have.

You can cancel the Aurora ADHD…

You can cancel the Aurora ADHD subscription. It is detailed. Go to their website. Request customer support. A screen should come up with an email on it. Send “need to discontinue subscription for Aurora ADHD” in this email. You will get another screen, follow these instructions carefully. It will take a few more screens after this and these last screens have many words and many size fonts on them so go slow and careful! Took me two tries but it worked! Good luck!
If anyone can tell me how to put screenshots on here, please reply!

Scam

Scam. Download app and it doesn't open up into anything. Emailed but no response. Now going to have to try and cancel before they start taking a lot of money.

Scam

Scam; you have to send for a link to try to cancel. That link is supposed to send you another link. But after many many tries no link sent. Complaints just get the same form letter.
Meanwhile I’m being charged, after trying to cancel for days ahead of the deadline. And yes why does this have 3 stars with all 1 star reviews?

It's a scam.

The app is supposed to help with ADHD and organisation but it simply regurgitates the info that I put in on endless repeat.
It also thinks I'm in Denver and although there is an option to delete account, when I did this Aurora went right on collecting a monthly payment of £30+ with no notification, no subscription details emailed.

Also TRUST PILOT - there are two reviews on here both 1 star - why has this product got 3 stars.

Do not subscribe to their product

Do not subscribe to their product. There is no way to cancel within the app. You cannot cancel via the App Store. There Is no notification of pending renewal charges. The only way to cancel is login on stripe and cancel via their interface. Their cancellation policy is ridiculous. Customer service is also a joke.

Questionable GDPR Compliance

Questionable GDPR Compliance - filled in a long survey to be invited to pay for an app, but in their follow-up emails all the text that says "No longer want to receive these emails? Unsubscribe." is plain text, not a link - so there's no way to unsubscribe unless marking as spam and hoping their CRM platforms penalise them for this behaviour.
