Pitiful company

I ordered a necklace and ear rings. Only the necklace arrived. Aurablank customer service claims I didn't order the ear rings even though the order conformation shows both the necklace AND the ear rings. They are trying to put the blame on ME! This is poor service and seems to be fraudulent. I would advise anyone to bypass this company and not waste your money.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam. Just received sleeping cats blanket and it is a totally different product to the one advertised. Very poor quality obviously made in china, why do we allow these people to get away with it?

More than pleased. Top class company.

Contrary to the person who complained about this company, I can advise that I have had a fantastic experience buying from them. I ordered a sleeping kittens blanket for my partner about three weeks ago. She is bed ridden with Alzheimer's disease and in a care home. I must admit some concern as to whether I would receive it before Christmas but a lovely contact at Aura blank assured me it would. Yesterday I received it and can say that it's perfect. Exactly what I ordered and so I am more than pleased to give Aura blank a top rating for product, customer service and staff who care.

It is a scam

It is a scam. They are sending you totally different products. Not "it looks better in pictures", but actually a different product. They will send you dysfunctional, unusable Chinese knockoffs, not the original product you paid for.

UPDATE:
I am trying to return the counterfeit products they sent me but 10 days later no luck so far. First, they offered me 10$ compensation. (For scamming me out of 120$$), then they offered me 20$, then 30$ and when I still refused it and insisted on returning counterfeit products to them, they are saying that they will deduct shipping costs and I will need to pay for return shipping, to what I agreed, but they still haven't given me return address!!So I'll update this when and if the situation changes.
It is just sad that blatant scammers like them can freely operate with impunity.
