Looks nothing like the picture, looks like a cheap knockoff. Picture shows beaded neck tie, was a cheap rope neck tie. Shows stone on neck tie and was bead, cheap fabric. False advertising. Return ship no label given, it’s international so 200 to ship back. They refused to refund full price they offered 30% back i got 50% back, I paid 65 I got 23 back! It was that or return and pay 200 ship to China plus if held in customs fee. Scam and not dress I ordered, looks cheap and different, can’t get money back, impossible to ship back with cost to China, they know that. Very upsetting and I would not recommend.

I ordered a dress from this website weeks ago and have not yet received it. They took my payment, sent an email confirmation but no tracking details. They not replied to just one email and made it sound re-assuring but no conclusion.
I WILL REPORT AND GET MY MONEY BACK! COMPLETE SCAM.

This is a scam website pretending to be ootddress.com. I've contacted the original brand, and they told me that they receive a lot of emails because of this scam website. Please be aware.
