Quick response, order update

Your company debited $144.66 from my credit card. I did not authorise this transaction. I bought Pomegranate Extract Capsules from you in August, but did not subscribe to ongoing deliveries. Outrageous!

Prompt customer service

First if I would of none i would of never bought anything from this site it's a monthly subscription I've emailed them more times than I can count about permanently cancel my account #168502001698 but all I get is your account is paused. I've tried to cancel on there website but it will not let you I'm sick and dealing with this!

Response was fairly quick and responded directly and satisfactorily to my issue.

The fact that as soon as I mentioned my disappointment in my shipment being sent back.You made every effort to have it sent back to me thru Standard Shipping at no charge.That it will be here next week. I take full responsibilty in the fact I did not put my apt. # on original address.Yet was immediatly handled thank you

Beware of this company. placed one order for 3 bottles of their product and the order was then duplicated by Auniva who preceded to ship 6 bottles and double charge me. This after I noticed the double billing early and email them right away. The email was ignored and now I had to make a case with PayPal and my credit card company. Don't do business with this company.

I have had several requests they have been hand handled quickly and to my satisfaction.
And that’s not even mentioning that the product is fabulous

I was extremely pleased with the caring, efficient and professional service that I received upon contacting Auniva via their support site. I had an almost immediate and supportive response to my request and I am fully satisfied. I will certainly use this company in the future.

After receiving 9 months of product in 3 months, I emailed and requested my subscription be temporarily suspended, and that they confirm actioning my request by return email.
When I received no response, I cancelled the subscription authorisation through PayPal to ensure I wasn’t charged thereafter.
Completely disregarding my request, Auniva proceeded to inform me that my payment method had failed, and they would try again, every four days. I replied, (the first time) advising that I had cancelled the payment method, and attaching my original request. I have now resent this same email, every time I receive their ‘your payment was unable to be processed’ email, and still no acknowledgement of my initial request. I cannot comment on this company’s customer service, because in my experience, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
