I received a reminder call to confirm my appointment and upon time was seen by Elaine, whom I always see. See carried out a thorough examination of my ears and ran through numerous questions as to my experiences over the last twelve months to ensure nothing has changed since my last examination. Elaine mentioned the latest aids available to me but I declined as haven’t had my current ones that long and experiencing no real problems with them. The whole appointment was conducted with upmost professionalism and another appointment made for next year. All

It wasn't great at all, wasted time
It wasn't great a all, I had two reminders to be there for 11 and after arriving at 10.45 I had to wait almost 45 minutes. I had asked for a de waxing but it couldn't be done.
There was no hearing test and no information on the latest type of aids.

Received great service and made to feel very welcome on my recent ear wax removal visit which went really well and made me feel more balanced after suffering from vertigo recently would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their ears clearing.
