Great product and great customer care.
Requested registration reset so could transfer licence to a new laptop. Prompt e-mail reply and I set up in no time.
The product itself is excellent and very easy to use. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

I purchased one month of Audfree software on 28th March. I immediately got a bunch of emails, and none of them included a valid licence key, so I couldnt actually use the product. I checked all my folders including spam. The "support" service is a chatbot and it was totally useless. I contacted their 3rd party support email (paddle) who got in touch with AudFree. Despite chasing over 5 times over 17 days I heard absolutely nothing from AudFree. In this time, I of course went elsewhere (who wouldnt). When AudFree finally got back to me with a valid license code - 17 days later (!!!) - they refused to refund me and basically told me I was a liar. Worst customer experience I have ever received. Feel bullied and cheated. Avoid this company like the plague.

Have been user for a couple of years. Great service and works like a charm.

Program did exactly what I needed it to do. Very easy to use interface and then set it and forget it. Did have a few issues with my personal firewall but customer service was very quick to respond and walk me through the set up process. After that, smooth sailing. 5 stars are not just for the program, but also for the customer service! Much Thanks!

I accidentally registered more than once and the extra charges were charged to my banking account. I notified them about this and they quickly credited the extra charges to my account. Very honest seller. Audfree program works perfectly

In November 2018 I bought a licence for Audfree spotify music converter and it has served me well until my 10 year old laptop died last week. I re-installed the software on my brand new laptop, entered the registration details but no joy, I was stuck with the trial version. I emailed support ataudfree and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that after all these years the company was prepared to delete the details of my old laptop and allow me to re-licence the software on my new computer. Customer service is alive and well at Audfree. Thank you.

I didn’t realise one license only covered one machine, when I messaged customer service asking to change it over though, they were happy to help.

Not knowing that only one license can be used per computer, I lost access to my account. Once my new computer was ready to go, the customer service team quickly helped me find the proper license to get me up and running. Very helpful and very courteous!!
