I went for the professional transcription of which they claim it's done by a person. It was horrendous; wasn't making any sense and it was clearly something automated. Quality was just horrible, so I asked for my money back. From there, I sent about 10 e-mails, everytime they had a different excuses, until at one moment they removed my files (!?) and just stopped replying.

I really wouldn't try this. Please, check my other reviews, as I almost never do bad reviews, because I'm a patient and understanding customer. They were just below all expectations and horrible.

Nice experience with the transcription but not very nice with the speed of transcription. The service is very affordable.

Lightning-fast turnaround, smart editor, and multiple choices of file formats to download. Would be happy to use them again.

It works good enough, I had some problems with transcription editing but they helped me to solve it.

I have recently used this app for several times and I like the quality of their transcription.
I previously transcribed my audios with another service, and, to my mind, the quality of Audext transcription is much more better.
They also gave me 30 free minutes, so I was able to try it before buying a subscription.
I transcribed mp3 files, but Audext offers a lot of formats’ options.
