Non acceptance of damages

Actually this is a “no star” recommendation. Do not contract this company for any of its services. This company is by far the worst auto transport, customer experience, and satisfaction. Company damaged my new vesicle on the undercarriages in a Dec 2025 transport. The damage is visually clear it was caused due to it being secured while either in transit, loading or unloading. A tracking device was placed in the vehicle showing it went to two of the carriers employees home for hours before it was route to its delivery location. The devices showed the vehicle was loaded and unloaded several times. After several phone calls and emails with pics and video of the damage, and tracking detail Autosled refuse to accept any responsibility or pay for its repairs.

Repeat….do not contract this company for any services. Always first check with transporters insurance carrier for how my claims have been filed against the company before you contract. If you can not acquire this do not use the company .

Terrible delivery service - damaged wheels

Terrible delivery service. Dealership send me videos and photos of the vehicle prior to shipping it to us. No damage to wheels on the SUV, but when we received it the 2 rear wheels had minor scuffs and they refused to repair them $250 total to repair both. I sent gem videos and photos from the dealer showing no damage before leaving dealership. Do yourself a favor and do NOT USE this company for delivery unless you want your car damaged. Auto was a BMW X5 SUV.

Lies lies and more lies

Lied about getting my shipment assigned for pick up . Lied about getting my charges refunded. Called 3 times to speak to the manager suddenly she’s busy every time I call. WORST customer service. Save your self the time and aggregation go with a reputable company.

STAY AWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The worst company ever, i had load from them , which was getting delayed for delivery , cause our truck completely collapsed and we were fixing it , while i was updating autosled every single day abotu the delays , they kept going with us and keeping the load, on 22 nd they said they want to pickup the car from us cause the arbitration was about to end up on vechile and asked for adress, i gave them the adress and advised that the truck should be fixed by tomorrow and we will deliver by the end of the week, massimo from cs spoke w me on the phone he said he would keep the load with us and arbitration charges wouldt affect our payment, he also mentioned in the email that he would keep the load with us cause he couldnt find the carrer to come and pick it up and dleivery to the adress, so what happened , we delivered it on friday as we promised them , and when it come to the payment, they refused to pay and again Dan at billing or customer service was so consistent telling me on the ohone that they not gonna even pay , but they will be hold us responsible for arbitration fees which is around $4000 , i was like what the hell , nobody has ever told us about it, and they are keep trying not even pay the transportation fee of $900 , but charge me $4000 for the vechile arbitration and fixing fees, Marlena another lady from autosled called me and kept fighting with me trying to proof that they dont even have to pay for the transportation , but they have to charge us $4000 , this is hell, this is not a company but a scam and fraud qualitiotion, stay away , all who values their time, money , and nerves , i will keep spreading the word about them all over the inthernet and will also go to BBB, i wont stop cause they are SCAMMERS AND FRAUDDS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM MILLION AND ZILLIO TIMES NEGATIVE
