Great service, better then expected value. Team member was bery helpful with trading in a whole lot of old games no longer use, and was able to help with doing a portion of it to store credit and cash in hand to help payoff a switch 2!

Good Service, Minor Nitpicks
The order came in good condition overall, however:
The screen has two minor scratches, nothing big but not pristine.
The Oled display has some noticeable burn in of non IOS ui elements (mainly tik tok navigation bar) indicating large amounts of use before sell.
The battery condition is 73% health, being indicated as “deteriorated and in need of service”
Overall, I’m happy with the product and the time of the shipping, just minor inconveniences which will require time and money to fix which I wasn’t expecting after reading through the grading site.
