As an order person who has been short-sighted for 40 years but also now have trouble reading small print due to age and eye issues I struggle to read things on a lap top screen. This magnifier has made eating the screen easier. Delivery was fast having come from the USA to Australia and the item is easy to use.

Order placed on the 24/07/2022, The delivery of the item was on the 28/08/2022.

Directnine was great but the delivery company lost my item but directnine were good they dispatched a replacement ASAP.

I am very happy with my order of chandelier shades. They are great quality and suit my home perfectly. The delivery and service was great too!

All good except the power cable has US pin and we are based in AU. I have to use an international adaptor to get it working for me.

It was easy and simple and they sell a product I cannot buy anywhere else and is essential for me. So I guess the conclusion is very happy

My experience with Direct Nine has been excellent. The archival work I am doing for the Australian National Film and Sound Archive part of the National Library requires me to digitise tapes and it is difficult to find machines which are of sufficient quality. The machine you have supplied is very good quality.

Customer support was excellent with prompt responses to all of my silly questions as I was very hesitant buying from direct nine (first time and coy was overseas). Product arrived prior to eta and was perfect!. My only negative is the picture shows a coloured version of the product where it was in fact galvanised steel. No real issue as I will pot belly black it...
