This was Matt’s second visit to me. This time for new taps replacement in both kitchen and bathroom. All explained to me and excellent work performed. Cannot fault Matt’s professionalism both in communication, manner and work undertaken. As before, Danielle’s administration regarding the appointment was clear, concise and timely. First class.

Matt arrived at my house, and undertook tap washer replacements in both kitchen and bathroom, dealing with taps that had not been disturbed for over thirty years, and in the case of the bathroom taps - which are not far short of one hundred years old - came with their own difficulties.

Matt explained all aspects of the work with clarity and patience. His work was thorough in the extreme, and I have been rewarded by having taps that are now effectively as new with the work undertaken at a competitive and affordable price,

As a man in my seventies, who has used many tradesmen and plumbers over the years, I can say, with confidence, that Matt represents the finest in his trade. Moreover, he is an absolutely lovely guy! I’m looking forward to him undertaking a replacement of my bathroom basin taps in the New Year. Needless to say, Matt and Attimo have my unreserved 100% recommendation.

Matt from Attimo plumbing was just amazing. We used his expert plumbing advice in completely renovation our bathroom with a bath to a shower bathroom. He did all the extensive plumbing works, installing the radiators and gave us\ great advice. In addition he looked at our heat pumps, underfloor heating and arranged the network of plumbing needed for our water filters. In addition , he unblocked our kitchen sink. He is now on our most Wanted List of amazing, professional honest tradesmen. He worked well, communication was both excellent at all times, prompt arrival times and cleared all mess. The bathroom is now a work of art. It is very hard to find professional honest trades people these days and finding Matt was just wonderful. Also very reasonable pricing. It is a pleasure to hear robust sucking noise in the kitchen after Mattew’s visit.
Previously my kitchen sink was getting filled with murky waters and I had to wait to see if was blocked completely. Danielle could only book me for two weeks’ wait but the next day promptly called me when a cancellation happened.
Some time ago Matthew did a wonderful job on my shower as well as the toilet.
He is an excellent engineer and professional and a lovely person.
I couldn’t recommend him more.

Mathew arrived on time and soon discovered the cause of the leak from my built in toilet cistern. The flow pipe had been cut short and was barely entering the seal on the back of the pan. every time the flush was used a small amount of water would escape causing a wet patch on my kitchen ceiling. 2 other items were faulty. He purchased these items and fitted them and re-assembled the cabinet. you would not know he had been except the toilet works better than it has ever done. All in 2 hours. Superman (he does not ware his pants over his trousers) Marvelous

Attimo were very easy to book over the phone and a lovely engineer turned up quickly to sort out the low pressure issue in the boiler. He also checked all the radiators throughout the house and offered helpful suggestions for saving energy. We'll definitely be getting Attimo back for a boiler service in the spring.
