Neptune Deluxe 3x3 pergola
I bought from ATM the Neptune Deluxe LED Aluminium Pergola with 4 Privacy Screens- 3m x 3m
It arrived in a week or so, well packed. It is robust and stunning.
The price is also very competitive and I don’t hesitate in recommending them.

Pergola is cheaper than most for a…
Pergola is cheaper than most for a reason, the roof mechanism has plastic hinges these grab at full closure so you have to yank the handle to get them to free. Not sure long term how robust they will be. Purchased a screen 2 weeks later for one side their logistics guys arrived and installed it wrongly. ( apparently they shouldn’t have fitted it but where’s that information detailed, why would you say oh no don’t fit it thanks ) anyway because I mentioned I gave them a £10 tip ATM are saying I paid them to do it. Screen doesn’t stay in the runners and doesn’t stay down whatever you do. Won’t use again.

I can see that none of this has been mentioned to our team regarding the quality of the product , your complaint was with the screen fitted by a third party courier (not ourselves) and has been fitted incorrectly.
Our team have sent you details on how to rectify this , as the screen does stay in the runners when fit correctly. We have notified the courier company of your issues and advised them to get in touch with you.
We do believe your review however is quite unfair as this is not based on facts of our true service provided, ATM Living can not be liable in instances where a customer has paid a courier service to tamper with or install items they are asked to deliver only.

Poorly labelled kit.
Lovely product, very happy with its quality and finish. But the bolts that come with it were not labelled as only suitable for concrete - naturally we used the kit as it arrived and tried to follow the instructions as sent. When we ran into problems, customer service asked the technicians who said we needed to buy different bolts if the surface wasn’t concrete. Half a day (and a couple of cracked tiles) wasted trying to make the wrong bolts work! As a result of my initial complaint, they now have a notice on website to inform customers about this. But, customer service did not make me feel like a valued customer and my complaint seems to have descended into fairly petty points scoring despite the cost of this luxury item 😭. An unpleasant experience.
I will update if my complaint is addressed, of course.

Great service
Great service, our pergola arrived quickly and we were able to build it ourselves without a problem. Would be nice to see some instruction videos on the website to help with some elements but managed to work it out.

Atm have been first class from start to finish. The girl Sophie handled everything from the sale delivery and installation. We got it to help with my wife's illness and it is absolutely fantastic. The installation team were first class and took everything away with them. The company for me was first class and we are happy customer's.

A fantastic company and products
A fantastic company and products. We bought the Neptune pergola. We worried initially about the price, but that was soon put to bed when it arrived. It’s amazing, the blinds and lights are such a wonderful feature and it’s served us very well. It’s been very sturdy withstanding 75mph winds during multiple storms in Scotland. ATM living customer service have also been fantastic in helping replace some louvres that we accidentally damaged. Would highly recommend buying from this company.

The delivery men were on time and very helpful and friendly. My garden chaise sofa set was very well packed with clear instructions and was very easy to make up. It sits in my wooden gazebo and is of excellent quality. I am extremely pleased with it and would definitely recommend this garden furniture.
