POOR COMMUNCATION / INSTALL
This was nearly a 2 start except for the actions of Sophie.
Firstly the item was delayed for 2 months which was explained. We got the delivery and we had purchased install and bolt to ground service. We got a call from the installers (A few days later) to say they were on their way and would be about an hour, we were not warned or informed the day before. Because of this we had to cut short a small holiday we had to get back home.
Once the installers arrived they stated they could not take an rubbish away and we would have to get rid of it ourselves, It took 3 trips to the tip to get rid of the rubbish.
Also we purchased a bolt down service but after install we noticed they had only bolted down 2 x legs, on the same side (and with one bolt per let).
Once we noticed this we contact ATM Living and this is where Sophie did her utmost to get the installers back to finish the job, even then they said they cold only do 1 bolt per leg, as they said it would blow the paving slab.
I would recommend ATM Living but maybe thing twice using their installers

I’ve already two from another company - never had a problem.
Waited weeks for a delivery date. On the day of the delivery was messed around so much. Never took delivery. Awful. No communication and none existent customer service

Ordered some replacements louvers due…
Ordered some replacements louvers due to some storm damage on the original ones.
Ordered and paid for them on the 28th of October .
They notified me that they do not have any replacements in stock .
And they would arrive in December.
December came and went , chased again and it was now january.
January came and went .
then it was 100% feb .
They then notified me that my replacement were not in the container .
They offered me a date that the container would leave sometime in march and would may/june .
7/8 months to get any kind of service is unbelievable bad service.
Why deal with a company that holds no stock , so before you place an order .
Ask yourself, would you be prepared to wait that amount of time .
If something goes wrong .

As for there gesture of good will .
There was Zero gesture of good will .
I paid £426 for 6 replacement Louvres and waited 4 months to be then told they had not arrived .
I did not try to claim any warranty, it was bloody storm damage .
This is just lies
They did offer £150 off if i was prepared to wait another 4 months -which I declined.
If you look at the 1 stars you will see , that i am not the only one that got messed about .
To then receive a guff reply of lies .

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the delays to your replacement louvres.
As discussed, the louvres were required due to storm damage to a Pergola model that has now been discontinued. While storm damage is unfortunately not covered under warranty, we took the time to liaise directly with the manufacturer to source replacement parts for you as a goodwill gesture, as we always try to support our customers wherever possible.
As these replacement louvres were not held in UK stock and had to be specially sourced from overseas, they were supplied on a Pre-Order basis. As stated clearly on our website, product page, checkout and order confirmation, Pre-Order items show an estimated delivery timeframe. These dates are based on the most up-to-date information available at the time of ordering but remain subject to change due to manufacturing schedules and international shipping conditions, which are unfortunately outside of our direct control.
On this occasion, there were unexpected delays with the container shipment, and we completely understand how disappointing this was. We kept you informed as updated information was provided to us by the supplier and shipping agents.
We appreciate that waiting for overseas stock can be frustrating, particularly when replacement parts are needed urgently, and we do genuinely apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, we did make every effort to source discontinued parts and provide the most accurate updates available throughout the process.

Very poor service
Ordered a pergola lots delays for delivery when was delivered came on wrong day twice there were lot damaged parts took ages to get replacements.
The installation service was very bad we had approx 8 visits from different teams over months none of them could build the pergola properly still not done right the fitters were just not interested in doing the job well they usually tried sort one issue and caused other problems.
ATM customer service terrible they just ignore questions asked and comments made giving same scripted answers very bad experience overall left with expensive pergola that is disappointing regret using this company due all issues and problems

You'll be lucky to get it
Order arrived at the warehouse in July. Took until mid November to finally receive it. Expected to be able to use it throughout the summer, but instead it's now winter!
Delivery just didn't turn up multiple times, then told that they had used parts from mine to fix someone else's and needed to order a new one.
I was then told on 8 or more occasions that installer was scheduled for a specific day, only for them to not turn up.
Avoid this company like the plague

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience wasn’t as smooth as it should have been, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
Your order was placed and dispatched in July as expected. At that time, deliveries and installations of our pergola range were carried out by a third party, who handled this order. Unfortunately, they removed parts from your pergola without our knowledge. to clarify, ATM were not aware of this until later, and we sincerely apologize that this occurred.
As soon as we were made aware of the situation, we contacted you immediately and explained the options available. We advised that in order to proceed, the pergola would need to be treated as a pre-order item, as replacement stock was not due back in until mid-October. You confirmed you were happy to move forward on this basis.
Once the pergola arrived back in stock, we arranged for a different installation team to assemble it swiftly after delivery. We also arranged an additional visit to complete the installation of the privacy screens.
We do want to clarify that there were not eight occasions where installers were scheduled to attend and did not turn up. The fitting of the Privacy Screens did require to be rearranged however this was one occasion. However, we fully acknowledge the delays you experienced earlier in the process because of the actions of the third-party company, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this caused.
We appreciate your patience throughout, and if you have any further concerns or require anything additional, please feel free to contact us.

Product good but after sales service…
Product good but after sales service let it down. Company quite good at trying to shift blame to manufacturers and suppliers rather than taking ownership of issues. Bought with deposit and expected delay of roughly six weeks. 8 weeks later had request for final invoice, so I thought good, will have the pergola erected soon. Here we are six weeks later after just having it installed after parts were missing from the order so it could not erected. Had to do a lot of chasing myself looking for updates with other parties always blamed

Your pergola was purchased as a preorder in July with a deposit for an ETA of late September. Your delivery was mid October and we apologise for this , unfortunately with preorders dates can fluctuate as advised on our website.
All details regarding the delivery and missing items were fully explained to Mr. Swan at the time. Not all boxes were initially delivered, even though courier tracking showed them as complete. To prevent any further delay, our team personally collected the items from the courier and delivered them directly to you to avoid any further delays.
While courier delays are unfortunately outside of our control, we always take responsibility for ensuring our customers receive their full order and a completed installation.
We we believe was carried out, from date of first issue being raised was within 7 working days.
Apologies if this time scale was not suitable for you.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll continue to use your feedback to improve our service.

Worst company to buy from,
I ordered my pergola in July & was told it would be with me end of September.
It finally arrived the end of September.
Then to find half of the pergola was missing.
So I rang to ask where is the rest of the pergola to be told it would be with you in two weeks.
Two weeks past & still hadn’t received the parts & was told they lost it.
So they ordered again & again it got lost .
How can you lose parts twice.
They don’t ring to apologise or keep you up to date I’ve had to keep chasing them.
It’s now near the end of October & Still haven’t received all my order.
So I’ve made the decision after a very long wait to cancel my order .
For anyone wanting a pergola don’t use this company.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. However, we’d like to clarify that all parts for your pergola were included in the original delivery. Following a count by your installer, it was confirmed that no sections were missing.
The screws that were reported as missing were also promptly resent, and we have proof of delivery confirming they were received.
We must confirm also no parts were lost twice. This is incorrect information.
Your order was a preorder purchased with a deposit in July, with an ETA of late September , the pergola was delivered the first week in October. Apologies for this short delay unfortunately with pre-order items this can happen.
We also need to note that during our communications, our staff were subjected to repeated verbal abuse and shouting. While we always do our best to assist every customer, we cannot tolerate abusive behaviour toward our team.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future projects.

John and Gary were very professional even though they had a couple of problems when erecting the pergola they worked out the issues and did a excellent job, also took all the rubbish and packaging away.
