Most people just look at the slight performance boost, but underneath this "operating system" is a nightmare. It removes updates, antivirus and other security features. It doesn't even tell you that it removes the anti-virus, so you could install a one yourself.

I’ve been an AtlasOS user since it was using ISOs. I have always found Atlas easy to use at all times. As a VALORANT player, I have gained a TON of frames since switching. The only issue that I have if not being able to install raw accel.

my performance in games basically doubled. I play games like fortnite, apex, valorant, rocket league and some others and the performance had been great, also my internet speed doubled to joke I used to download games at 30-35 mbps not i download at 60 - 70 mbps. Overall a great OS i recommend it for low end pc users, btw i have a 5600g with 16gb ram

I have a SURFACE 3 which is powered by an Intel Atom X7 processor. I tried Normal/Original Windows 10,Windows 11 and even Ubuntu, sadly it was slow because this device has 4GB ram. After multiple attempt I gave up and put it a side. The next day, after I watch a video on THE LINUS TECH TIPS youtube channel about this Atlas OS. Then, I tried it and I saw a huge difference. Thank atlas dev team..

I have been using my device without any windows security tools or antivirus for more than 2 years !

and if I needed one I'll download kaspersky antivirus

you just need to be careful
and you won't get hacked

I haven't had any issues with 0.1 Atlas playbook as far as I can tell so I'll just stay on that for now. Even though there's updates. I was under the impression updates would be seamless with the new playbook transition, but it's literally become an ISO with extra steps. An ISO would've been easier at this point than having to install default Windows and then running playbook every time. No offense to the creators at all. I just don't have the time or energy for that. Would rather deal with an ISO any day of the week. The whole experience is convoluted now. Having to use a script on-top of a bloated OS install instead of creating a solid foundation with a stripped and de-bloated ISO is a step backwards.

I'm loving this OS. I have a what most people call a decent/Meh Gaming pc (Specs: GPU: Radeon 5500 XT CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 Core and 32 gigs of Corsair Vengeance Memory.) And I feel like I'm running a top of the line rig. It's easy to use and great overall. Recommend to anyone whether your running a 10 year old pc or a top of the line brand new one. Keep up the good work devs at AtlasOS.

I like Atlas Windows 10 but I realy want to try Atlas Windows 11 when is it coming out?

Atlas has made me change the way I think about Windows as an IT Professional. Atlas has proven to us that the main things that are making our OSes slow for gaming these days is due to the many services that are in use. On my Ryzen 5 5600G + GTX970 rig, I was surprised how much performance I was gaining whilst still on a relatively new CPU. The team are always working hard to ensure each update makes more games compatible and hardware more optimised. Atlas is one of the best operating system modifications out there, helpful support, innovative staff, amazing community. Atlas, you truly have amazed me!

AtlasOS is a heavily modified version of Windows made by a community of people, it strives to removes all of the bloatware, "spyware", trackers, and overall the overabundance of stuff that Windows comes with.

With AtlasOS, when removing many unneeded components of Windows it's expected to see performance gains in games or in general. RAM usage? Over 1GB of RAM reduced on an 8GB system (2.2GB -> 1.0GB), over 12GB+ storage freed (with compression), and most importantly: Much higher FPS gains in various games.

AtlasOS is something that should be used by many people who are on low-end systems or want a great performance version of Windows without an abundance loss of features.

This is the greatest experience I have ever had with a modified Windows 10! I was running 22H2 before on my 2016 HP Laptop, and it was really unstable. So I went back to Windows 7. But then, I heard about Atlas OS. I wasn't so sure at first, but I've read multiple reviews, and watched multiple Youtube videos with other people trying it out. And I honestly don't regret trying this! :D It's really helped my Laptop's performance go from really bad to amazing! I would 100% recommend this to anyone who needs it :) I have not fully tested gaming yet, but I will come back and update my review once I have fully tested it! :D

My pc is a very old pc, 2h12 stock windows 10 really made my pc really bad. i could not do anything, atlas os helped my pc making everything faster including games! Highly Recommend!

I normally run the latest version of Windows 11, simply if nothing else for the features/security/etc. I have an RTX 3070 and a 9900k, 32GB of RAM and an NVME SSD. While Windows 11 runs fantastic, the sheer responsiveness and snappiness I feel on AtlasOS is multitudes better.

very stable os with good fps and low latency, cant find any bad thing i also tried many os before like reborn,fox,ghost spectre.. but this one (atlas 22h2) is by far the best
