Firstly I have to say customer services is absolutely top notch. The watch strap itself is a really really nice strap and a beautiful yellow and almost reminds me of the Mitsubishi evolution five Dandelion yellow that was made famous in the video in Gran Turismo back in the good old PlayStation one days.

The only reason I have not given as the strap the full five stars was because they used EVRI courier and I would only suggest this to people buying from Astra that is T if they can use a different courier as I had not a various experience in the formation company, but when I brought this up to The via email communication, it was like talking to your best mate that’s how well they looked after me so that ones have yet go ahead and be happy to purchase from Astra Straps

Beautiful straps, fitted perfectly

I have bought many watch straps from these guys (so much so that my wife has complained about me having them all over the place). I love the variety, quality and pricing. I sometimes get too many emails from you but I get it and they are automated. Keep up the excellent service!

Their returns policy suggests you can return unused straps within 90 days if you paid postage, however it's actually only approved on a 'case-by-case basis'.

I was told by Sherwin that I cannot return my 2x watch straps because international postage would be 'too expensive' from the UK, so was offered 30% then 50% partial refund (after my pushing for returning the item). When I asked what the address was so I could research my own postage, Sherwin told me it couldn't be shared (?).

From my own checking from my statement, international postage would only be £10 but they wouldn't let me proceed with the returns policy they outline on their website.

Beware buying, you most probably won't be allowed to return if you're not based in New Zealand it would seem, even though it's a .co.uk domain.

I ordered late and wasn't sure about Christmas delivery. I called and emailed, and thought I'd been scammed. However, I spoke ot someone on the phone who assured me all was ok, and the parcel arrived in time for the holiday. Great company to deal with, really efficient, and very friendly. Good products, excellent quality.

Asked to return an unwanted item for a refund. Offered 25% then 50% discount if I kept the product which I did not want. Now they won’t respond to my emails, or provide a return address.

My advice is to be 100% sure you want to keep the product before ordering.

My Son loves that the watch strap is fully adjustable (without the manufactured holes like on other types of straps.) Metal straps damage his work shirts so this one is perfect. Great quality too. This was an excellent birthday gift.

Scam company, never received goods. They claim to be a uk company to, but they’re not. Never would I ever buy from them again!

I found this company online when looking for another leather Apple Watch strap. I was looking for leather with gold coloured fitments. The strap I chose is beautifully stylish and extremely comfortable. I worried about fitment but needlessly it was a perfect fit. Call me an old duffer but it took me half an hour to work out how to adjust the fit, it was in fact an ingenious type of mechanism I had never come across before. It’s so good it’s absolutely brilliant and easy to slip on and off without compromising the wrist size. I am so pleased. It’s a lovely company to deal with and if I could afford it I would have range of straps from them to meet every situation. The straps are that good. If they do a strap that suits your watch just buy it.

Sherwin helped me resolving my shipping issue tentatively and efficiently with warm and kind personal touch which is so precious in the time of AI assistance everywhere. I truly appreciate his professionalism.

Easy to order, arrived when expected and product looks great.

Despite the delivery company losing the order (twice) Astra Straps customer service were fabulous. They pulled out all the stops and made sure I received my order in time to give the straps as a birthday present.
If there is one small criticism it is there is no UK customer service number.

Excellent service, strap arrived promptly and it was just what I wanted!

The strap broke and i received a new one straight away just a few photos needed. I dont wear the strap in water or cause any damage to it so I'll see how long this one lasts hopefully more than a few day's.
