Exceptional service from start to finish.
Very prompt reply and explanation of what was going to happen.
The electrician, Freddie, was a credit to the organisation. Very knowledgeable, very polite and explained exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for at each phase of the investigation.
He then explained other services offered and what I could expect from these.
All in all a truly exceptional experience.

Shaun visited today to resolve an issue with my downstairs sockets. Diagnoised from a previous fault finding visit, all resolved within 2hrs and all working perfectly.

We spoke to the office this morning and they arranged for an electrician to come out within the hour to replace our bathroom extractor fan. Freddie and Jason were very polite and carried out the job efficiently and professionally. They completed the work within an hour and tidied up afterwards. Ross Davies did some fault finding…
Ross Davies did some fault finding first before full system test. Ross is competent and quickly detected where the fault was before repairing the issue. The system testing was very thorough and comprehensive so now I have full confidence in our consumer unit . I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ross Davies and would definitely use him again.
