Prompt, professional and empathetic after an accidental collision with ironwork on a training ride cracked my campagnolo Bora Ultra wheelset. Provided all proof and they liaised directly with my mechanic. Excellent service - am so glad I had this insurance. My tip is if you have a custom build make sure everything is listed and costed precisely on your insurance because this made it a lot easier. Also keep your Strava file of the ride affected. And photos of the bike before and after and notify them immediately of the accident.
