Mid sleeper cabin bed
We ordered a cabin bed online and it was delivered within the expected time frame. The instructions for building were nice and clear, so it was simple to put together. It's made of solid wood rather than mdf, so it's pretty sturdy and we've had no issues so far. We also received a call from Aspire just to follow up on the order and make sure everything was okay with it, which was a nice touch from their customer service.

Absolutely love my Spire mattress
Absolutely love my Spire mattress. I’ve been sleeping better than ever since I got it, and the difference is really noticeable. In fact, I struggle to get a good night’s sleep in my partner’s bed now because I’ve become so used to the comfort and support of my own mattress. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my sleep.

Unfortunately, the photographs submitted did not identify any visible manufacturing defect or fault with the mattress. As a result, our team requested additional evidence on several occasions, including simple video footage taken on a mobile phone, to help us better understand and assess the issue you described.
You advised that you believed the concern was internal to the mattress structure; however, without the requested evidence, we were unable to verify the nature of the issue or determine whether a manufacturing fault was present. Any assessment must be based on the information and evidence available at the time.
Despite being unable to substantiate the reported fault from the evidence provided, we have sought to resolve the matter amicably and have offered you the choice of either a replacement mattress or a full refund.

Cheap overpriced quality beds and…
Cheap overpriced quality beds and mattress, terrible customer service. Received the bed, must have been a retun from the state of the box, sent me replacement for broken parts, which arrived in a worse box than previous one even more damaged than original, sent again another replacement and arrived smashed. After a month I have managed to send it back and got a refund, however I kept the mattress, I should not have done so as is really bad quality. Ordered from Dunelm, and arrived with Aspire written on the box, the same issue all chipped, so sent straight back. I believe Argos sell their furniture. Beware! Very poor quality.

Having reviewed our records, we have been unable to identify any mattress order under your name. The only order we have located relates to an ottoman bed, which our records indicate was fully resolved in December 2025 following the provision of a refund. As a result, we were surprised to receive this review some six months after the matter had been concluded.
Your review also references a mattress and a separate purchase from another retailer. Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we have been unable to identify these transactions and are therefore unable to investigate those concerns further.
Like the majority of manufacturers within the furniture industry, all products leave our facilities having passed quality control checks and in good condition. However, we recognise that damage can occasionally occur whilst goods are in transit. When issues are reported, Aspire Furniture works closely with both customers and retail partners to investigate concerns and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
As our records indicate that your issue was resolved and a refund provided six months ago, we believed the matter had been satisfactorily concluded. However, should there be any aspects of your experience that remain unresolved, we would welcome the opportunity to review them further. This company is a very bad company they don’t like giving refund nor do they have sympathy for a pregnant women who fall off their goods by not providing a manual and telling me it’s my fault.
I purchase a bed a month ago I show them the fault and they said I did the bed wrong when I look on the video I did exactly what it said.
I am very disappointed with this company and will never purchase from here again.
In currently pregnant and my back is hurting because of their goods and if something to my baby will be holding this company accompany accountable
I never used your video to assembly my bed so don’t put words in my mouth

Having thoroughly reviewed your case, we believe it is important to clarify the circumstances surrounding your order.
The bed was supplied with access to our assembly guidance. Whilst you advised that you were unable to locate the written assembly instructions, you were able to utilise our detailed assembly video during installation. Following your report, our team carefully reviewed the information and images provided and identified that the ottoman mechanism had not been assembled in accordance with the intended installation method. Unfortunately, this resulted in the issue you subsequently experienced.
We appreciate that assembling furniture can be challenging for some people, particularly with larger items such as ottoman beds. However, our investigation concluded that the issue reported was not caused by a manufacturing defect or fault with the product itself. For this reason, the order does not meet the criteria for return and refund under our Returns Policy.
Despite this, and in an effort to assist, we have offered replacement components together with guidance to enable the bed to be correctly assembled and used safely.
We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for; however, based on the information available and the findings of our investigation, we believe the solution offered is both fair and reasonable.

I purchased the Aspire - Aspire Pocket+ 1000 Memory Mattress after having sleepless night with my current sprung mattress, the mattress is so comfy, that I even purchased one for my daughter, I had no issues with this transaction and had a quick delivery.
