Excellent service
The whole team at spire went above and beyond to help me with my requests when purchasing a wheelchair and a tired electric wheel. They went the extra mile and it is very much appreciated

Mick completed multiple visits so we could get the right wheelchair for my client. Nothing was ever too much trouble, he was very helpful and went above and beyond in securing a bespoke piece of equipment to help the team with using the wheelchair. Many thanks.
Sold me an unsafe Mobility Scooter. Have since found that other suppliers insist on a full evaluation before they will sell you one. This includes a test drive at home, a test drive on terrain you will frequent, assembly and disassembly, storage and carriage. All we had was a test in their showroom on another customer's vehicle.
Sandra was very helpful and resolved all our queries and came up with a fantastic deal.
Good after care too.
I found myself in a most horrible situation, I literally went from walking 30000 steps a day to finding myself unable to walk or mobilise in any way within a few days. I knew I was going to need mobility aids but I was in an alien world and needed expert help. Aspire 2 in Oakham were everything I needed and more besides. A few words spring to mind when I think about them: professional, knowledgeable and knowing, caring, empathetic, and always ensuring I had choice.
I couldn’t go to them so they came to me bringing a range of mobility aids, ramps, daily living aids straight away to help me mobilise again. Nothing was too much trouble and they were patient with me as I tried to sort out and understand what I needed.
Following complicated surgery I can now mobilise again, albeit not as I could before and they were there again for me.
Thank you everyone at Aspire2 Oakham, know you made the difference at a time when I felt lost, vulnerable and scared - and knowing you are there is reassuring.
Am still waiting for my item six month later no one replied to my emails feel that they are just coning disabled people out of money
I am a full time wheelchair user and over the last month, I have been dealing with Aspire2 at their Waddington branch. It started with numerous emails and phonecalls with Kyle who answered my many questions. Lovely and easy to deal with, also extremely helpful. Thanks Kyle. Kyle then put me in touch with Richard who runs Aspire2 Waddington shop. Richard has so much knowledge and following several phonecalls with him, I decided to visit the showroom. That for me was a big thing as I do not like leaving my home. What an experience. Richard made me feel so at ease and welcome, we even sat with a coffee and just had a chat. Whilst there I had a go in a wheelchair I was interested in with several different cushions etc, all important to us wheelchair users. Although I know Richard was busy, he dealt with me with patients and gave me all the time I needed. He wasn't the least bit pushy and it was so obvious that he wanted me to get the right chair and to be happy with my purchase. Needless to say we have bought a new wheelchair, fatwheels and a flywheel. Whilst at the shop and continuing with my initial query with Kyle, we spoke about the battery operated attachments. I have never used one of these and with a previous wheelchair shop have tried to set up a home demonstration, something I have been after for over 5 years. Richard took this on board and said he would sort it. Within 48 hours, he was on the phone to me and a demo set up.
A couple of weeks later, Ian from Rehesence PAWS arrived at my home address (having travelled 7 hours from where Rehesence are based). Later to be joined by Kyle. Ian had not only brought me one battery attachment but two for me to trial. What a fantastic couple of hours I had. Using their wheelchair, the same as I have ordered and the paws scrambler and paws tourer attachments. So much fun and yes I have bought one. I have never had so much money spent on my mobility but as my husband has said, if it means I will go out, it is worth every penny.
All of the above would not have happened if it wasn't for Richard, Kyle and Ian. I cannot thank Aspire2, Waddington, Lincolnshire branch enough. Also a special thanks to Ian from Rehesence PAWS- I will be doing a separate review for you Ian.
For anybody with mobility issues, these guys are so helpful and only want what is best for you. They don't mind how long you take to decide on something and if you don't buy anything but just gain a bit of knowledge from them, that is OK too.
