There was no clear explanation as to…
There was no clear explanation as to the cost of proceeding with the bed( new bed) if we choose to do so. Over the phone quotation given between the fleet and the new bed was significantly different to what was sent after agreeing to hire the bed.

In some cases, we do supply new equipment when hiring rather than fleet, depending on stock availability and individual requirements. However, when it comes to purchasing, there is always the option to switch to a fleet item if that is preferred rather than buying the new equipment. We also make sure we display both new and fleet purchase pricing on our website, and offer up to two weeks’ rental back against the purchase price so you do not lose that money too when trying equipment.

I found Mobility Hire easy to use. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful, answering all the questions I had before I decided to go ahead with hiring a piece of equipment.
I was also grateful that the process could be done so quickly without a long wait. We literally got it within a couple of days.
We received a call the day before to give us an estimated time and the item was delivered within that time scale. I would be pleased to use this company again.

Holiday rental
Company were really helpful from first contact made the whole process easy and kept us updated throughout all equipment required was onsite before we arrived making it a stress free experience.

I ordered a hospital bed and table at 14.30 and the van was en route to us at 14.45, arriving 3 hours later.
