I ordered 5 slimes for Birthday presents as I thought this was a .co.uk address but all shipments are from overseas therefore there is a long delivery time (20 days). Only 1 item arrived out of 5. 2 months no refund. The returns@ email address does not work. There is no response from the seller. Hopefully they'll respond to this review?! The address is a U.K. website.co.U.K. and there is a postal address on the website which is Cornwall. All looks U.K. based but it is not. Where are my items? You’ve responded to this review but not to the 7 emails I’ve sent you. They will take your money and will not refund you when items are not delivered.

Ordered the 'Lemon Fluffy Butter' scented slime for my child and it was to take 2-10 days. However, it took over a month to arrive and was just a small tub of cheap, unscented slime. Despite advertising themselves as UK-based, the delivery came from China and was stuck in transit. I contacted ASMR Geek but got no response. Do not be fooled by their website, its all fake.

My order took a long time to arrive, but when it came it was nothing like the photo on the website, it looks like cheap pound shop slime. It has no scent of strawberries or peach, like advertised! no sprinkles in the birthday cake pot, and no strawberries. I could of bought much better from a high street shop for half the price. I will not be giving this as a gift as it looks like I made it my self.

Hi I ordered my slime 2 days ago and when I try and cancel my order you said someone would be in touch nobody has so I would like my money back if you could email me back

This company is an absolute scam- do not order from them. I have been waiting for an order since the 29th August. I have contacted the company via email, their website and messenger and they have ignored every message. I have still not received my order or had a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

In response to company’s communication; This is the first reply to multiple emails and attempts to communicate with them. What an outstanding level of customer service!?! I did set up an email address, so have tracked the order and that’s why I am trying to find out where my order is. Funny how you advertise on Facebook but messenger isn’t a recognised form of communication! As my review states - Don’t use this company.

This appears to be the only way you communicate with me. Who is Karen?. I have now sent 4 emails, so have tried to follow your processes, even completed a form on your direct website, so think I have done all I can. Set up payment??? I have paid for my order and tracking is not updated!

Yes my review reflects what I think of this company. Your responses are only demonstrating how unprofessional you actually are.

Further update: after 6 weeks of waiting product actually arrived today - it was supposed to be Oreo scented slime/putty! It smells of nothing but glue. The packaging was damaged. Not an Oreo insight! Not worth 50p let alone £6.99!!! Absolute rubbish.

Ordered an LED Dinosaur which arrived pretty quickly in about 2 weeks but had been stood on & was very squashed.

Contacted ASMR Geek to get a replacement, they joked saying it looked funny but said they would send a new one out. After 4 weeks had passed & nothing arrived I tried to contact them but was ignored, I tried again a week later & was ignored again.

I opened a case on PayPal & surprise surprise they ignored that as well so I had to wait weeks for a refund.

I did actually manage to partly 'Fix' the Dinosaur with a hair dryer however after 2 days of use the switch disappeared into the Dinosaur rendering it useless.

I would avoid ASMR Geek, not just for their rubbish customer service but also for the fact that all they do is drop ship off Ali Express, so if you want something just buy it from there it will be cheaper.

Dreadful company extremely rude indeed.
Paypal refunded as never received goods.

Please do NOT purchase this slime! Extremely disappointing! My girls wasted all their money on this! Very expensive indeed! Please don’t be fooled like we were. 100% bad reviews I have noticed! Totally accurate as well. I really do feel this website should be shut down! 😡

I ordered some slime in April and it still has not arrived. I emailed them at the end of May and they said this was due to an old supplier but they'd reorder it and we'd get in 10-15 days, but still nothing. On the track my order system it says it has reached it's country destination on June 27th, by airline, but their website states they're based in Devon. Nothing on the tracking system since this.
I have emailed them several times to ask what is happening and why it's taken so long, and for a refund but no reply. I have tried to contact them directly through their website, but nothing. Poor service and communication in my experience.

Zero stars if it was an option. Paid a lot of money and received a product worth 50p!!
Emailed twice for a refund and no response.

Just shooting racist insults all around swearing and threatening, did not even reach the buying point poor poor service and human behavior

Products look nothing like they are advertised on the website. Take over a month to arrive. Zero customer service. I would never shop here again! Also they now have a ‘sale’ on but they have increased there original prices so it looks like you’re getting a better deal than you are.

I would rate 0 if I could!! I am absolutely shocked this owner can get away with this type of cat fish! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I really wish I had read reviews before hand. Poor quality, poor delivery service and a none existent customer service!! I will be informing trading standards.

I already complained to the bloke who runs this outfit. Order from where the website gives the address as and it comes from China and is nothing like advertised. I’m mortified as I found this outfit online and helped my daughters buy the stuff. I feel responsible. They are really disappointed, the slime is not as advertised and smells strange. Don’t waste your money.

Scammers!!! Delivery took 3 months. Product looks nothing like the pictures. All you get is a small plastic pot of hard gel!!! Absolute waste of money. Dont respond!! Not surprised all reviews are 1 star!!! They should be taken to court for scamming people out of their money and we should all be paid back!!

Website quotes 10-20 day delivery. Item turned up 45 days later.. not as described, very poor quality. No response to communication chasing delivery.
Cheap slime with terrible smell. One disappointed child. Do not order from this website. Would give zero stars if possible!

Products are absolutely awful!! Spent £35 3 pots of slime That look nothing like what they say! And address says Devon but have come from China don’t order from here

Save your time and money. Items advertised as 10/20 day delivery. After 11 days email telling me 2 out of 3 items dispatched from China. At no point is this made clear from anywhere in the site. It says the address is Devon ! 3rd item money refunded Due to supplier issue. Very expensive and poor service. Buy from elsewhere !
