As like the other reviewers on this site. This company is an absolute joke and may even be a scam website. We ordered some slime for our granddaughter on 14th November and payment was taken from card details. On 26th November got an update that the item was being delivered and showed a tracking location in same street as per order. First thought was the item was incorrectly delivered to wrong address.

THE ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE.
We then proceeded to email the company about the order. NEVER EVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. UNABLE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BY PHONE.

We have been scammed, by those fraudsters.
BE WARNED. DON’T GO THERE

You aren't replying to emails or messenger, tracking info says its been cancelled on the 25th November. Will I actually receive this. This is a Xmas gift. You are quick to take the payments but don't fulfil the order.
Only writing a review in hope you actually reply. Disgusting service

Parcel eventually turned up after a full month waiting. The product was very cheap and poor quality. As others have said. Could quite easily be from a £1 shop. Can't belive I've paid so much for something. Still heard nothing from the seller via email or Facebook. They even deleted my comment to another person when we were discussing our wait times.

Ordered weeks ago.
Tracking says ‘shipment cancelled on 1st Dec’
No response to emails at all.

Edit: it arrived. After Xmas after ordering more than 2 months ago.
Some communication from the company would have made all the difference.

Ordered on 9th November and still not received! Sent 2 emails both with no response. Tracked my order and says shipment cancelled on 1st December! Am I going to receive my order? Who knows....? Some kind of response would be nice. I’d like a refund order #6367.

Don’t waste your money !!!! Thought this was such a nice unique product - same as nearly all other reviews I ordered over a month ago and nothing. The tracking says ‘order cancelled’- no word from ASMRgeek despite 2 emails, no refund or any explanation. Clearly a cowboy company - do not waste your money on their scam products.

Terrible product. Looks nothing like what was advertised and my daughter has wasted £7 on something that you could get in the pound shop. Took ages to arrive aswell but reading through some reviews at least something did arrive! Do not recommend at all.

Absolutely do not order from this company! I ordered some slime pots for my daughters birthday. Received them 3 months later after chasing the order several times, getting no response whatsoever! When received they are appalling quality, nothing like the pictures. Contacted again about a refund, but they still continue to ignore me, only ever responding once to tell me my order had been delivered.

The product took months for delivery and when it arrived it looked nothing like as advertised. Very misleading and poor service. Avoid buying anything from this company.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering! My daughter ordered two slimes with her own money on 30th Sept. The tracking on the email is pointless and gives no meaningful update. I emailed the company 3 times with no reply. Eventually received the items 28th November (was supposed to be a 10-20 day delivery) and they are NOTHING like the images on the website. Tiny tubs with a generic sticker on the lid - they can’t even be bothered to add their own branding! £14 wasted. I wrote on their FB page that I was disappointed and they sent me a message on FB messenger to say they’d get back to me and didn’t.... 8 messages from me later and they ask me to post them back for a refund. There’s no way I’m doing that. I don’t trust them in the slightest. Then my daughter would have no slimes and no money. I just feel bad for my daughter. DO NOT BUY FROM ASMR GEEK!

I wish to request a refund, £67 has been taken from my account and no email confirmation.

I want my money refunded. I will be contacting trading standards in morning and my bank.

As with the reviews below I ordered slime a month ago. My tracking says shipment was cancelled. I have sent 2 emails and heard nothing. I would like a refund please.

#5931, I ordered slime nearly 2 months ago. I’ve heard no updates in 2 weeks? I’ve emailed twice and heard nothing? I’ve spent £30 on slime for my sister, I wanted it for Christmas??

I ordered slime 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Tracking says dispatched but hasn’t been updated for the last two weeks. I have emailed the company 7 times and had no response. Appalling customer service. Very disappointed daughter who bought with her own money. Do not buy from this company!!! Order no. #5885

Another 3 weeks on from writing this review still no slime or refund promised by company. What a surprise! What kind of people con children out of their pocket money 😡

So finally after 3 months of waiting the slime arrives. I payed £10 for a small tub of cheap rubber. I had better slime from that pound shop. It was nothing like we ordered and went straight in the bin. I have a very upset child. This company are nothing but con artists. I understand things get delayed in postage but what possible excuse can they give for the rubbish they sent. 😡

I ordered slime on the 24th of September for my daughters birthday (2 and a half weeks later), it was a surprise so luckily she wasn't expecting it. I have ordered 3. One arrived on the 22nd of October so she got it as a late present & was over the moon.
I spent just under £40 on these 3 slimes and I'm STILL waiting on two.. 2 months later!
I have emailed several times and even tried messaging there Instagram page but haven't heard anything at all!!
I'm hoping the other 2 do arrive and they can be Christmas presents but I am soo disappointed with this company!
The slime that did come is great and my daughter loves playing with it, but the lengthy/non delivery and non existent customer service is such a disgrace!

I am disappointed and disgusted with the level of service I’ve received from Asmrgeek. My 9 year old daughter came to me in September pleading with me to buy her 2 slimes that she had found on Asmrgeek. After coming to an agreement which included my daughter completing a list of agreed chores and in turn as soon as they were complete I would order the two slimes she wanted. I placed the order on 30th September, after patiently waiting until the expected delivery date and receiving email updates to say it’s ready and has been dispatched we became more and more disappointed as each day past and it became very obviously I wasn’t going to arrive. I then sent two separate emails chasing up the order that I have paid for. But as I am sure many people won’t be surprised to hear I haven’t even had an acknowledgment of my email let alone a response. So I am now not only disappointed that Asmrgeek have stolen my money I am also disgusted that they have chosen to completely ignore my two attempts at contacting them.

My daughter placed an order on the 29 September. We got a shipping update on 14 October saying it was on its way. I’ve sent countless messages to their email, website, Facebook, insta etc and not a single response. Followed up with yet another email on 11 November and still no reply. My daughter is 12, used her own money to buy this and is DEVASTATED that she’s not received her purchase AND appears to have lost her money. If this company is not a scam then their communication is awful. Either way, I am sad to have to say, avoid at all costs.

In response to ASMR Geek’s response below: that is untrue! Metro Bank offer Debit Cash Cards for kids aged 11 and over. Please can you comment on the fact the item was never received as opposed to the method of payment? Thank you.

Scam website, placed an order and no delivery. Took my money though.

Ordered slime and it never arrived. 6 weeks again and nothing. Emailed and no response. Judging from other reviews this appears to be the norm. Trading standards next.

I would give 0 stars If I could. I order on the 24th of August. It is now the 13th of November. Still haven’t received my order although I can now see that this website is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have sent them countless emails and no answer. Terrible company and non existent customer service. You will not receive your package and you will not get your money back
