Ask for task is the most convenient way to get help with your urgent needs. What's best about ask for task is the fact that it's very straightforward. Usually, with other options, you tend to get scammed because they always tell you that they will come and assess the situation and bill you accordingly. This often ends up in you getting scammed because you don't know what the exact problem is and the amount of effort required so they can bill you any amount they want. With ask for task, your bill is already made so you feel more secure :).

The website and app are user friendly and easy to use. I was able to book my home cleaning in a few mins. The cleaner cleaned for the entire 3 hours that I had booked, which I appreciated, as this does not always happen with other cleaning companies. I have now signed up for the biweekly cleaning. Overall, I would recommend this company!

I'm pleased with the cleaning service provided by my cleaner, Aidan, using the AskforTask app. It is such a convenient and super easy app to use on the go 👍. I also like their customer service. They have been very helpful and quick to respond to my queries. One of the best apps that I've encountered so far.

So I came to know about this service through one of my friends and gave it a try and i was really impressed by their service. I posted 2 tasks 1 for handyman job and 1 for plumbing and the very next day both were dealt with professionally. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very supportive.

Using AskforTask was the best thing I could've done for an organized pick up/delivery. From the start to end - the process was easy, efficient and professional. Santiago was a great Tasker. He was friendly, timely and professional and extremely personable and helpful. The whole process took about 1.5 and there were no issues. I was able to check on the status of delivery using the handy AskforTask app and I received a follow-up courtesy call the following day. I have already referred this service to family and friends and will definitely use it for my upcoming move. Thank you

All the taskers that have come into our office have been fantastic. They come promptly and finish the task without much guidance. I only use Ask for Task!

They were quick and easy to book for cleaning service.
I think if you encounter issues, it will be more to do with the tasker. Better than my current cleaning company I use.

Been using it since 2016 for my condo in downtown Toronto. Over the past 3 years I've hired taskers to install a bedroom ceiling fan, repair a bathroom fan, repair a sink faucet, hang heavy posters on my walls, and general cleaning services (which I've used quite often).
Their customer support has always gotten back to me very fast. They've also been good for refunds when (small) issues have occured.
I'm not affiliated with them in any way—just happened to find them on the Google Play Store when I first moved to Toronto.

The process was simple to follow, I had clear communication with the person doing the work and we got exactly what we wanted. I will definitely be using again!

I waited to review Askfortask until I had many cleanings under our belts, so to speak. After going through 4 different private maids who did seriously below decent jobs, I figured it couldn't hurt to try Askfortask. I was sick of cleaning our condo myself and as I came across their free one hour deal, I took the leap.
Fast forward 3 months later, and our cleaner Karen is just the best: sweet, hardworking and super-reliable. I tip her $10 on every cleaning because she is just stellar in every regard. We subscribe to cleanings every 2 weeks and pay for 5 hours of cleaning time at each visit. Everything is sparkling when Karen is heading out at exactly 5 hours. We trust our cleaner like she is part of the family, and have no problem leaving her alone at our place.
In terms of Askfortask, their app is great and the booking process works extremely well although there could be improvements made on communication ( I prefer email rather than app notification). Support can be a little slow unless you call, but we've never had any urgent situations, and hell this is a maid service, not an emergency unit. I have zero complaints about the staff they use, the handling of payments, or anything actually. We will continue to use Askfortask and Karen as long as is possible.

My first question was about price, so I used the AskforTask website to estimate the cost for a cleaning service. The 'estimation' form is actually a booking form, however. The price was reasonable so I booked the service, but because I went to the 'estimation' form first, I didn't see the information on service exclusions, which is provided further down the page after the 'estimation' form. I contacted the cleaner but she didn't get back to me until it was too late to cancel without fee. The booking form actually booked me in for two cleaning appointments, and the app wouldn't let me cancel the last appointment without e-mailing the helpdesk. This service is scammy as hell.
