Our service was done timely however I was a bit confused on if the start time was when the handyman would come to my home or when he left his prior destination to come to my home.

Great service with no hassles and highly professional

Service was excellent. I requested the cleaning service for a 3 bedroom house. Tasker/cleaner arrived on time with all the cleaning supplies. Tasker was very detail oriented and was ready to work as per my instructions of the sequence in which i was wanting the rooms to get cleaned. I would definitely recommend askfortask as its very easy to book the service online plus they have a great customer support team

I got a message 10 hours before my task on Saturday late night that my tasker cancelled the task. Felt so disappointed and didn't know what to do. However I woke up to have another tasker at my front door.
The new tasker who accepted the task in the middle of the night was amazing and my house got clean as it was planned.

Ask for task is a great app providing services which are white required by working couples like me and my wife. I have checked the competition and there is nothing as pragmatic and straightforward as this app. The tasker is friendly, very professional and it is nice to have her home to help us out to keep the house deep clean, tidy and hygienic and overall smelling nice. Fauzia, my tasker, is great at that and always is on top of it. Highly recommended.

I used ask for task at the recommendation from a friend. I was really desperate as my cleaner had cancelled last minute and my parents were coming to visit the next day! I was able to book a tasker with a 12 hour notice. Skye was on time and extremely efficient! She got so much done in just three hours while doing an amazing job with the cleaning.

The app is very easy to use and honestly I use the app every week now!

Overall a good experience. The cleaner showed up on time, was pleasant and worked very hard for longer than planned! She really made a big effort to do a good job, even though there turned out to be more work than originally assessed. The only point I would make is that she did not agree to use the cleaning supplies I provided, and used soap and water through out the house to clean. As this was a moving-in cleaning, I preferred to use disinfectants for a more thorough cleaning. I understand her preference (normally I do not use strong stuff), but in this particular circumstance, it was not what we needed. Thank you!!

Great app, great service!

Only used this cleaning service twice, but so far its been a good experience. The initial set up was pretty convenient, as you can put in how often you need the cleaning, the size of your house etc. I had a few questions to clarify and the customer service agent was helpful and nice throughout. The tasker seemed to be in a hurry, and I had to point out some places that weren't done properly. But once I had pointed it out, she cleaned it properly. The app is very convenient to have, especially when having cleanings every week. Importantly, I also found this cheaper than other cleaning services for the same work. However, they have the policy that if you don't use the service at least 5 times, there is a cancellation fee for series tasks - this is fair, but it isnt mentioned during the set up process.

I had Lucas, who is a handyman, from Ask for Task to remove my air conditioner and replace 2 bulbs in a wall fixture. The thing I really appreciate is that every time I requested help, they always are very punctual and arrive at the agreed upon time. One new feature on their app is that you can see exactly where the tasker is, enroute.
Lucas was very professional and offered suggestions.

The only con that I have is that there is a 1 1/2 hour minimum time.

Excellent Service. AskforTask has provided me an excellent service by connecting me with the right people, and understanding my needs. I usually travel for work, leaving me with the need to re-schedule my tasks, which are easy accommodated by AskforTask. Also, when I have comments or questions regarding the talker, AskforTask customer service gets back at me in less than 2 hours.
