If I could give a zero star I would…

If I could give a zero star I would have done. Horrible customer service.
I have made an ordered of around £200 and what I receive is :
Clothes in transparent bags unfold or wrapped like in landa bazar, then I received wrong item. I have ordered stitched, what I received was unstitched, then the fabrics had few pieces missing which were shown in the pictures, then I emailed them requesting what should I do. I did several emails to get the response, they said send it back, we will refund the money, then I had to begging them to send me postage costs because it was their fault, after days weeks and months I received response with asking me again what happened. They are just all running for money and don’t have any respect for customers and if they did a fault it’s still customers fault. Rubbish clothing nothing same to the pictures, pieces missing etc
I will never buy again from them.

Zero Customer Service & Lowest Quality

I ordered a greenish-black dress with a red dupatta as shown and mentioned on the website, but what I received was completely different. The color does not match the product description, and the red dupatta was totally different & material was very cheap on high prices. On top of that, the shirt length is much shorter than expected, even though I followed the size guide. I'm very disappointed with this order and would like the dress to be exchanged as per my original order or returned.

Worst customer service

Placed 2 orders from the uk site separately. Unfortunately did not read the reviews before ordering the dresses. There has been no communication since the order has been placed. I have written them multiple emails but there has been no response on my orders. When I type my order number on their site it says no order found for both my orders. It’s ridiculous so bad service I am not sure if I will even receive the orders and have no place to contact as I do not see any uk number for contact. Also the what’s up number just sends prerecorded message. Really frustrated worst experience

I placed an order for two suits for Eid…

I placed an order for two suits for Eid and when the suit arrived it was completely different to what was advertised on the website. The duppatta of the suit was plain whereas on the website it’s fully embroidered. There are a lot of things wrong with the suit. I placed the ordered in good faith and well in advance for Eid. I have emailed Asim Jofa few times however I haven’t had a response back from them. I have to place another order for an alternative suit and spend more money. As per the website I have to pay £7 to return the item as it’s below £115 which isn’t fair if the suit isn’t what was advertised on the website. I won’t be ever placing orders again in the future with Asim Jofa.

I recently did a pret wear purchase with this 'HORRIBLE' store.Neither they delivered what was shown in the reference and even the sizing was not matching the size chart.upon asking a mere size exchange they simply refused!!! Is this original asim Jofa? Because I spent 50k for all this trash quality fabric! Very very disappointing brand , this company is a big fraud. Picture is entirely different what I found inside the packaging, to be honest the material is not worth the price any near at all. Horrible dresses delivered! It is such a shame as I send them as a gift. This is truly a big scam , with stupid and clever policies… and in this month of Ramadan what are you guys doing kindly check with yourselves…. Not at all recommended..

I ordered from asim jofa for the very first time, a velvet embroidered 2pc stitched dress for a hefty amount of 14250pkr.... It was my first order and i am highly disappointed by the quality of the velvet.. It was very thin, lowest quality velvet and the stitching was very poor. On their website they showed an embroidered patch at the back of the shirt which was not there on the dress, i received... Overall my experience is pathetic and do not recommend anyone to buy from them as they are not honest n cheat with customers... Highly disappointed 😕
Their costumers service is even more pathetic, did not show any positive reaction, they literally don't care about any complain so better to stop buying from them. They are extremely dishonest n cheaters.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, do not order from them especially when you from abroad ! Ordered a dress and gave it to the tailor, and all the Kalies was missing for the dress and the body are not equal, after contacting them, I just receive a message you can only complain until 3 days, what a joke ? I received my order and it was horribly stitched. Embroidery work was even not complete. It was left two inches before the edges. Shirt bottom was not straight. One sleeve had pipping but the other one was without it. I reported to them but they are not willing to admit their mistake. Cheap, cheap designer. Wil never buy anything from them. I wish I had read reviews about them before purchase.
