Very disappointed with this purchase. The dress I received has a lot of color difference compared to the pictures — it looks like local stuff. The actual color is completely different from the poster, and even the pieces of the dress have different shades from each other.

I’m highly disappointed with the quality of Asim Jofa clothes. The fabric feels extremely cheap and nowhere near what you'd expect from a designer brand. Honestly, it seems like local market material being sold at high-end prices. The stitching, finishing, and overall feel are very poor — I would rate the quality as third-class. Definitely not worth the money. I expected much better from such a well-known name.

Ordered clothes from website 10th july. After a week ask for update. Generic reply that they do not know time frame for delivery. How can brand work like this. All they can do it esclate. After another week again ask for update. Same reply. Than message came one article is not available. I said ok send other articles. After an hour message came all articles in order not available. I mean how could you do this after 12 days. Simply pathetic costumer service. Now awating refund. Which i might need to escalte to credit card company. Fake phone numbers and email address only whatsapp works and you get unhelpful replies

False Advertisement and Rip off! The clothes are not the same style how they look in the pics.
Cheap material used and I wish I have seen the reviews of Asim Jofa earlier and would have never ordered.
Also, they sent wrong sizes just to fulfill their order. VERY DISSAPOINTING and WASTE OF MONEY!

Worst experience ever they sent me incomplete article, their customer service did not reply me for days and then when they replied they started playing game, do this do that, take pictures like this do this, after more days they called me and then I returned their article now it's been 10 to 11 days they haven't paid me back, I have been messaging them for almost three days they do not reply except for only one reply in which they say that they have already sent me coupone for 6000, nothing I have received till today, they have scammed me with 6000rs, one of the most customer services I have ever experienced..
