I will never buy from this company ever again!!!! Below is a copy of the last email I sent to Darryl and Brian. I am so disappointed in them.

Dear Darryl and Brian,

I can’t even begin to find words to describe how disgusted I am at your contempt, by your failure to even respond to a legitimate and reasonable complaint. There’s been no email, no phone call, no text message, absolutely nothing from you, and as managers of such a significant company, your conduct, or lack of conduct, reflects a gross failure in your duty of care and portrays a stinking attitude towards your customers.

I originally purchased from you in 2022 and the service back then was exemplary, so much so that I recommended a number of other people who have spent significant amounts with your company on my recommendation. Now, in 2026, you and your staff have treated me with little more than contempt and condescension with their “rules are rules” attitude and no consideration of my complaint, which screams a reply of, “suck it up, princess, you’ll get no consideration from us”. I am not asking you to break the law or breach your compliance requirements, but I have a real and genuine privacy issue that remains in question. Your failure to respond speaks volumes and tells me everything I need to know about you.

The very existence of your company and the many YouTube videos you’ve produced are as a direct result of the public not being able to trust their governments any more, especially with fiscal responsibility, and the precious metals market is viewed as a potentially safe haven from the gross mismanagement by all successive governments, globally. You are fully aware of the need for people to maintain discretion, security and privacy, yet, you can’t even acknowledge my original complaint of a very minor discrepancy, which is on fair and reasonable grounds.

I’m sure Peter Daniels would have taught you that the basic fundamental of a business is to establish and maintain a customer. Well, you’ve certainly f...cked that up. I have met Peter Daniels in previous years and heard him speak at many seminars and I am still in awe at his unshakeable integrity. There is no way Mr Daniels would have taught you to ignore a client and a genuine controversy. Your decision to ignore me is pathetic, gutless and an abomination of your corporate governance.

You can be assured that I will actively discourage patronage at your company from here on and I will certainly never deal with you ever again. You have clearly demonstrated your true colours and I am disgusted beyond belief at the condescension, contempt and the disgraceful attitude from you and your staff, and I will be copying and pasting this email into any “review” forums I can find.

Honestly do not bother. I placed my order late September 2021 and I still have not received. I keep getting told 'Your order is coming soon, in a couple of weeks at most'. Why wasn't I told there would be such a huge delay. And why the lying. I'm pretty sure there are much better businesses out there that care for their clients and don't stuff them around. Just not good enough.

The customer service is not there and the money have been deposited. Still awaiting payment 72 hours after they got paid. Seem their have no body to take care about the new customer an 2 once of silver. silvergoldbull.com have a fast payment process, shipping and 100% guarantee customer support.
None the less, the payment I did was refund.

AGAGA use old school payment method but the premium are really affordable on silver. You need to log into your Paypal account, then you click on send money and click on more. You will have the option to send directly to a bank. After that, Xoom by Paypal will open up and you will be able to pay AGAGA. At then end, you enter the banking information.

Very Impressed with the quality of the silver bars I received from Darryl at As Good As Gold.

I had previously bought some 1kg bars directly from the Perth Mint which arrived unprotected and quite rough from the casting process, they were scratched and some even slightly deformed.

The bars from Darryl are as depicted on their website, beautifully crafted and come delivered in bubble wrap, they are also sealed and come with a certificate of authenticity. You can tell that great care goes into their products and service.

As Good As Gold cast silver bars are as close to a minted product as you can get and for a better price. Highly recommended.

I did an order from US. They still have some things to work out from a workflow process. It is kind of strange having someone call you to get payment information. That being said I got the gold I ordered, it all tested legitimate and it was at a good price. Once payment was received I got my purchase 2 days later. Excellent customer service overall and I'm excited to have a vendor cheaper than APMEX.
