everything was super easy to install. brakes are super easy to fine tune for the best feel while stamping on the brakes.
RaceHub is also nice software to calibrate and fine-tune your whole setup.

Very fast delivery (france 2 days)
The connection withe car is really good, you get all the information you need about the vehicle' s behavior.
The equipment feels robust and the finish is very good.
This will significantly improve my lap times compared to my old equipment.

My experience with Asetek outstanding. From being able to purchase multiple items cheaper then my local reseller in Australia (on sale items*). To items arriving for an international customer within 4 business days is exceptional. The quality of the wheel bases is second to none and the pedal set is the chefs kiss. Software excellent. Overall, a very happy customer.

Great customer support they helped me better understand how to use their product with examples.

Awesome product! Responsive and helpful customer support. Couldn’t be happier with purchases.

The hardware it's amaizing and works as expected. When you reach Customer Service for a questions they are very proactive and provide very useful information. Really appreciated on how they manage it

Asetek SimSports has been top tier across the board. The build quality is exactly what you expect from a premium brand everything feels solid, precise, and engineered with purpose. The performance is on another level especially with the wheelbase and overall responsiveness it just feels connected and natural.

What really stands out though is their support. Any questions or small issues I had were handled quickly and professionally which makes a huge difference when you’re investing in high end gear.

You can tell they actually care about the product and the community. Between the hardware quality and the customer experience they’ve definitely set a high standard in the sim racing space.

Fast response and has resolved my issue within 4 days by sending me new parts

My purchases have been easy to make, shipping has been timely, and the equipment quality is first-class. My latest purchase is the extended travel kit for my Invicta brake pedal. Will install the new part today, test and adjust pedal travel, and then practice for tomorrow's online race.

I really appreciate the insightful replies, and helpful recommendations. I also love how quick they reply, even in different timezones! Really appreciate their professionalism and it shows in both service and product! 10/10 would buy again (maybe a wheelbase next 👀)

Shipping was fast and nothing was missing. Just a simple ideal purchase.

Product ordered was exactly as advertised and delivery was fast.

Spent $25 because they could not send me a single screw.

After comparing both T.H.O.R.P systems (gen1/gen2) I can tell you the new one feels more refined, more predictable making trail braking technique easier and more consistent. Asetek really making a great product even better and the best part is they really listen to people's feedback, well done.

Ordered the wrong item, asked for cancellation within the hour, no cancellation and ended up paying more than half the original order just in shipping costs. Terrible service.

I ordered a Forte wheelbase; it arrived in a few days. Overall, I'm very pleased with the wheelbase. 18nm is more than enough for an awesome experience; I had to lower force feedback in most of the games. With RaceHub software, you can tweak its settings to feel every little detail transferred from the road.
