I bought a QR Wheelbase Extension from their webshop, and after fitting it my wheel froze every time I spun out in-game: buttons dead, lights stuck, force feedback still running.

Jens in support took the problem seriously instead of brushing it off. They found a genuine fault in the extension and replaced it. When the problem turned out to have a second cause in the wheelbase, they took that on as well. I was able to visit their HQ in Denmark, where they tested everything and checked my wheel too, which passed. Both Jens and Søren took the time to explain what they were doing and why. In the end they solved it in a way that went far beyond anything I could have expected.

What impresses me most is that a company of this size still manages to keep support personal and decent: they take responsibility, talk to you like a human being, and look for the real cause instead of the easy way out.

To be fair, both were rare faults, and I have never had anything but quality products from Asetek. All hardware can fail, and I was unlucky. But the way they handled both is why I'll never buy anything but Asetek for my rig.

Great service. I had a problem with my steering wheel and they fix it on warranty. The customer service team helped me, and the issue was found and resolve. Even if a problem is no fun, Asetek stand behind their products and the customer service did a fantastic job to help me. (I'm not very good at those technologies)

Fast and smooth deliviery. Very good quality on the spring. Gives the throttle a more firm feel, the difference was better than expected. Using this spring as on a CRP2 ☺️ Recommended!

When my order arrived it wasn't working properly contacted customer support and the issue was resolved fairly quickly it was the shipping to Denmark that took the longest. The products are fantastic very high quality and the definition in the wheelbase is amazing!

This company goes above and beyond. I broke the throttle magnet case and emailed them.

Less than 24 hrs later I had a replacement part at my door. You don't get service like that these days.

​I recently encountered a hardware issue with my Forte Pedals and the Hydraulic Brake Upgrade Kit. I reached out to Asetek support, and I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism, speed, and dedication.
​Even though my original pedal set was slightly past the official 2-year warranty mark, the support team (a huge thank you to Jens and Danni!) didn't hesitate to help me out and provided a replacement PCBA that had been damaged by a short circuit. They were incredibly responsive throughout the whole troubleshooting process and even stepped in proactively to resolve a UPS routing error during the shipping of the replacement part.
​Now that my rig is fully back up and running, I am reminded of why I chose Asetek: the Forte pedals with the hydraulic module offer an incredibly immersive and precise feeling on the track. The build quality is amazing.
