I ordered an item from ebay and had delivering to Mexico. Cost of the item 30 us dlls cost for delivering 80 us dlls. Never explained about delivering parcel. After a week I received an email advising delivering in an Us city. I asked the seller what's going on they told me eBay is responsible for international delivery. After that they informed me asendia is the in charge to deliver . I haven't heard about this company. After a week more I received an email informing me about an attempt to deliver but no one came to my address, then a nightmare started I opened a case and they answered they just make custom's paperwork and some partners in Mexico were going to deliver my order. Also told me I need to call to the post mail office but didn't give me any information, name or telephone number to call. At the end they aren't professional company and they aren't helping me in any way. I am desperately trying to contact asendia or eBay and nothing. They look like a Chinese company with very bad reputation. Never will buy to eBay and will try to sue them. Don't trust in Asendia never. Look. The negative comments
This is my first time hearing about this company and I am appalled by the amount of negative reviews. But I do understand why, they are very slow and there is no live updates what so over. My package seems to be stuck and when I contact customer service, it's like they can't understand simple English Ebay needs to find another company to use for international shipping .They see telling me to contact the seller when the package is with them.
It is a curious and apparently portentous coincidence that two different orders sent by “virtual” couriers I’ve never heard of (Asendia and Sendle) BOTH resulted in lengthy delays with no delivery of product and, eventually, the issuance of two refunds (fortunately!). It is patently demonstrable that many businesses, like so many individuals, will opt for the absolute cheapest choice in complete disregard of common sense, given that we all KNOW that bottom-rung-cheap doesn’t pay! Seemingly, many vendors are oblivious of what Asendia (like Sendle) is: an interloper in a logistically complex environment whose desire to “cash in” on a perceived demand callously tramples the rightful needs of the clients it purports to serve in order to skim off as much money as possible. Specifically, Asendia sent my parcel to the U.S. instead of Canada (and on the opposite side of the continent, at that!), then let the parcel sit there, without moving, for ten days. It wasn’t until I asked for a refund (through amazon.ca) that “suddenly” the parcel seemingly moved – but without Asendia honouring the offer for a requested refund due to excessive delay. Instead, Asendia sent a generic email stating the package was “on its way” and would be “arriving soon”. It never did, nor did “tracking” software for the parcel engage with the number presented after it had presumably begun to move, as stated unequivocally by the courier. Eventually, it was amazon.ca that refunded the money, in lieu of the vendor. Perhaps world market-model Amazon should think about proscribing third party vendors who hire these irresponsible “cyber” couriers lacking both accountability and credibility. And more to the point: Time Has Come When We All Should Query Vendors About Their Couriers BEFORE We Hand Over Payments!!! Our payments seal a contract made in good faith on our part, a faith entirely dismissed by the unethical vendors who outsource to the cheapest but exceedingly unreliable courier services. Think about it, because it seems like “fake couriers” are a new “in-thing” for people eager to make money without themselves investing in anything except a laptop and a cell phone. These “virtual” couriers have nothing to lose. Their quasi-legal gain is virtually pure profit! It is we who lose by subsidizing their unscrupulous thievery of our needs, our time, our funds.

I received an email that delivery was attempted but was unsuccessful - delivery was not attempted, I was home all day and there are also several safe places here for a parcel to be left.
This was a couple of days ago and i've received no communication since, I have no idea where my parcel is, and there is no efficient way to contact the company.
My package appears to be stuck in transit.
Nothing takes 14 days by air, what, it's going to Mars?
No response from customer service.
Just terrible!
Extremely Disappointed with Asendia
I’m very frustrated with Asendia’s service. I’ve had to check the status of my shipment every single day, only to find no real-time updates at all. It’s as if they expect the customer to do all the monitoring without actually providing accurate or timely information.
My order was from Nike, and in the past, my packages were delivered through different couriers without any issue. But this time, Asendia is handling the delivery—and it’s been a nightmare. The parcel is taking far too long, and there are stretches of time where the package appears to be stuck in one location with zero communication or explanation from their end.
What’s worse is how the tracking updates are handled. For example, I checked their website from July 23 to 25—no update whatsoever. Then today, I checked again and suddenly there’s an update dated July 23—an update that clearly wasn’t there when I checked on that exact date!
It’s incredibly disappointing. I expected better from a courier partnered with a brand like Nike.
Useless service unfortunately eBay uses them to ship items from the US to UK. Unfortunately when buying on eBay you are stuck with the options offered for international delivery selected/offered by seller and eBay. I paid the most I have ever paid for a delivery of this type for it to have one of the longest delivery times which cost me half the price of postage. I note looking at the tracking data that the package stayed 5 days after Asendia received it to sorting it.
Still waiting for a small parcel sent from Ohio USA. Purchased on the 30th June. (Now 23rd. July)
I am in the UK and noticed on the detailed tracking that Asendia sent the package to France, where it remained for over a week.
The seller from the USA will be appauled by this service especially as the cost to me for shipping was $84.
I just can't understand why any serious company or retailer would choose Asendia as a partner and risk negative feedback or losing customers because of the worst courier company in the world. The number of negative comments and poor ratings speaks for itself. Not only are they clearly losing packages, failing to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, and not updating tracking statuses — they also completely ignore emails, no matter how polite or persistent you are when requesting support.
Asendia switched the customs label on a package I shipped and ultimately delivered the wrong box to my international customer. Then, Asendia USA customer support told me to rectify the issue with the seller of the product... But I AM the seller. Asendia takes ZERO accountability or fault for a major error made by their team in Chicago. As a result, my customer was disappointed to receive the wrong item (which should have been delivered to somebody else no doubt), the vintage irreplaceable items I sent are apparently gone forever, and Asendia has done nothing to look into it.
I am also complaining to Etsy--as a seller on their platform, I wish they had never partnered with this unreliable and untrustworthy shipping service.
It is appalling that Etsy does business with this company. Why is there even a need for a lousy intermediary like this one to move parcel from one location to another for a month when items could be shipped directly. For an item I shipped recently, there has been no update since June 13 (over a month now). It is supposedly in Chicago. I contacted customer service twice and nobody responded for a week now. They mess up a lot, but not responding to requests for parcel location is outrageous. It is their job to respond to all inquiries and to take action. And these pathetic answers they give to our comments here, bots, of course, are completely useless. I would give zero stars if I could. Why would anyone want to do business with them is beyond me.
Took them over a week to even get the package out of there. No updates. Ordered on the 7'th, and it left Asendia yesterday, on the 16'th. I was promised delivery in 5-8 days, and that is not going to happen.

I bought a ring from eBay a 40th anniversary present. The sender based in the USA very promptly posted the ring and a delivery time frame was provided. The tracking information was extremely poor and stopped as it left the country of origin. I received an email from Royal mail informing me that they were expecting it and that I would have to pay customs duty. I was then able to see that it was in France. It stayed there for over a week. Eventually it arrived in the UK and it moved through the system slightly faster. Overall, what should have been an exciting experience turned out to be stressful and disappointing

I’m genuinely surprised that a company like Asendia is even allowed to do business.
Their communication is absolutely appalling they don’t reply to emails, there’s no way to get real-time support, and you’re left completely in the dark. My parcel has been stuck in the same location for days with zero updates. It’s beyond frustrating.
Customers shouldn’t have to chase endlessly for basic information. This experience has been nothing but stress and wasted time.

I received a message saying I had a parcel delivery failure even though the person never knocked. I was right next to the door, I saw them walk to the door then walk away. I even tried to flag down the car. After that I tried to contact them and literally NOBODY will talk to me. Do not EVER trust these idiots. I have 100% conviction that the courier pocketed the item. This sent me into an anxiety riddled state of panic and depression.

Why would I be offered service, you take payment, and have my shipment collected, only to then be informed that shipping to my country is suspended and my package is on indefinite hold?
This is fraud!
Had I known, I would have chosen other means to ship my package.
Did you respond or acknowledge my customer service equity? No, of course not!
I have a parcel coming from temu , it's already in the country and is in customs clearance but I am unable to pay customs due to not being provided a link to pay , tried contacting asendia and no reply , I don't know what to do and I am unable to pay for the customs duties due to not being provided a link or sms or email .

"DELIVERY FAILED", YET I WAS NEVER CONTACTED!!!
After paying a hefty amount on shipping and checking the reviews of this company, I started to worry that my package would never actually arrive!
Delivery was scheduled for sometime this week, and so I was tracking my package since it was received by Asendia on the 24th of Jun. Delivery was estimated in the 7-10 day time frame. Okay. Everything seemed normal; the package was seemingly on its way. UNTIL I checked the dates. The package was supposedly out of customs in my country - the time was marked "10:44 AM out of customs authorities". My time was 10:07 AM when I was checking. It was clearly a lie! Now the update is "DELIVERY FAILED" as of yesterday. YET I WAS NEVER EVEN CONTACTED about the package. My money is gone with it. Horrible experience. I don't recommend this company!
I will probably never see my package LK049498657FR.

Woweee nearly 3,000 reviews and 1.5 stars. Who gave them the half-star and why?
Just did not come and pick the parcel up, and 3 days later, I am still waiting at home from 9-5 to have them come again.

Bought a tamagotchi off of ebay, had no idea the seller would use this service and I wish they hadn't. At first things were going ok, but it went wrong as soon as Asendia "attempted" a delivery at 6pm when I was having dinner. In the living room, front door within earshot.
I say attempted but there was NO knock or indication the driver was there. The motion doorbell did NOT go off, so they didn't even come to the front door at all.
I checked ebay five minutes later and was confused. "Unsafe to leave on property?" WE ARE HOME! The lights were ON! The porch light was ON! Car was in the driveway!
Had to get the girlfriend to call them up on their PREMIMUM phone number and inquire. Turns out the delivery person lied on their resume and didn't read english very well, not sure how they got the job in the first place.
Regardless, I've been struggling to get a hold of ANYBODY working at this terrible company for days. Their support form doesn't yield any results, and their 'contact us' button on their website just LINKS TO THE SAME PAGE????
I HAD TO COME HERE TO EVEN FIND THEIR EMAIL IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! How is this company still running when they can't even link their websites correctly, let alone deliver my goddamned ebay package. I want a redelivery, but god if I'll get one.
"We assure you we're a reputable company!"
Then act like one.
