Absolutely terrible service and customer support, they delegated their sending to someone else who never delivered the parcel and just said to contact them, wanted absolutely no part of it.
My bridesmaid dress was supposed to arrive on 27 October, but it still hasn’t arrived and it’s now 8 November. The tracking number doesn’t work, despite the fact I know it has been dispatched. I contacted the dress company who said they passed on the details to the courier, but if it doesn’t arrive by 12 November, just assume it’s lost. Now I don’t have my dress for the wedding and it’s too late to order another one. I don’t know why they use such a terrible courier
bought a vinyl a month ago and when i try to track the package it just says asendia is waiting to pick up the package, well im waiting for this dog shit company to get their shit together

Avoid at all cost's..... Most definitely the worst parcel delivery service, ever. If you want your Parcel to lounge around in a delivery warehouse for days or weeks on end, then this is the company for you !!!

I ordered a watch off Ebay and it was shipped via Asendia. I've never heard of them before then so I went here to trustpilot to check reviews and I was scared because of all the negative reviews. However, it only took about a little over a week to get my package from the US to the Philippines via Asendia. It was sent with their "E-paq select" service which is their more premium option which perhaps made things faster. Maybe others using their E-paq Standard or E-paq Plus services aren't as lucky. All-in-all I've had a good experience so I'm leaving this review!

According to the delivery confirmation, a packet was allegedly delivered by this outfit today, but it is nowhere to be found! There was no signature required and nobody rang the bell to let us know the packet had arrived. It was either delivered to the wrong address, the packet was stolen -- which would be a first in over 16 years-- or not delivered at all! I've contacted the vendor to let them know, but it seems this shipper is unreliable and has massive problems with delivery fulfillment.
They lost my parcel and delivered it in Johannesburg instead of free state Bloemfontein now they ate ignoring my email about my lost parcel out of ten I give them 1/10 bad service ever
My experience with Asendia for an eBay US shipment to Europe has been an absolute nightmare. They boast of a 4-9 day delivery for intercontinental orders handled by the "best local couriers," yet my package has been in a black hole for weeks with zero tracking updates. Their customer service is completely non-existent; countless attempts to contact them have been met with silence. This company's advertising is outrageously deceptive, and their service is a masterclass in incompetence. You guys sent me an email saying my parcel is delayed and I realized you completely changed my delivery address without contacting me. Not only you changed the house number but you also changed the postal code resulting in numerous phone calls to the final mile company and delays. I still haven’t received my parcel. You sent me an email to pay for duties pre-delivery, if you had any questions regarding my address why not contact me? I’ve tried calling your company but you’re closed on weekends.
I’ve never heard of a delivery company completely changing a shipping address without authorization. Because of this, my order could’ve been shipped to a completely different address and lost. This is egregious.

Wedding items from USA (Amazon) ordered to uK. I got a text from EVRI saying if you are not home redirect to local parcelshop (great I did this). It was hovering in SPAIN? Then was out for delivery in SPAIN? Then it said getting onto a flight. I was contacted saying it missed the flight and I will have it in the morning. NADA!
On Ascendia Tracking it says incomplete address. Since they redirected it the parcel shop on my road now they can not find it. Not sure if it ever made it to the UK.
Also tracking mentions WNDIRECT? Apparently they closed in 2024 so why are they still operating my parcel? Sounds very scammy and Ascendia have ruined a wedding!
Horrible experience, no communication just plain answers. Parcel been stuck for 30 days, contacted the seller and they are considering suspending all bussines with Asendia.
Package from Dr. Colorchip Europe ordered in May of 2025. Sent from the UK to Germany. It is now October 2025 and the package has been sitting in Asendia's Rodgau facility for months.
No updates, no responses, nothing. Looks like a case of stolen goods to me.
