I ordered 2 Costa vouchers for birthday…
I ordered 2 Costa vouchers for birthday presents and did not receive them.
I had to keep emailing and in the end was given a refund plus the promise of an Asda e voucher which I also haven’t received!!
I have to say that the person in customer services was very helpful but am still waiting for the voucher even after emailing again!!
Definately won’t be using Asda again for purchasing vouchers of any kind, very disappointing!

This was a fraudulent purchase with someone else using my credit card. Your process is flawed and open to abuse because you are happy for the fraudster to enter an email address that is not mine and therefore they receive the vouchers from that email!

Gift card did not work as advertised. Contacted customer services and simply told to contact Apple as it wasn’t their problem. Will not use again.

The gift card was fine simple to do no problem however having a trolly with nearly £200 worth of shopping and no tills open other than self serve was shocking . The staff I spoke to in ellesmere port said management had removed the staff off the tills for other jobs . This is why I dont like using asda and dont use it very offen
