Outstanding service from Ascot’s Taxi — especially Wayne.

I had an issue with my taxi that needed repairing, and Wayne went completely above and beyond. After speaking with him yesterday, he offered to personally collect my vehicle from my home, take it in for repair, and return it to me the very next day.

True to his word, he picked it up last night and delivered it back today. That level of dedication and customer service is rare, especially when your vehicle is your livelihood.

Reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers — I can’t thank Wayne enough.

Highly recommend Ascot’s Taxi.

Hassle free experience

Hassle free experience. Repairs carried out in good time. I travel from Barnet to use Ascots which is an 80 mile round trip around the M25. It’s still quicker than going to Holloway and waiting around all day for servicing and repairs.Cab booked in at 10am. Rear discs and pads changed and I was home in Barnet for 12:05. Great service.

The whole staff led by Matt

The whole staff led by Matt, are always friendly & attentive , from Lily, Carol & Sally on reception, to Wayne , Dave & all the team on the service side.
I recently ordered a new cab & was impressed how the sales team dealt with me.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Most decent things in life are a pay up and shut up moment if you want proper service and expertise. I travel nearly 70 miles there and back and I don’t begrudge any of it.
