Professional, caring and knowledgable psychologist helped me to come to important realizations. I am grateful for everything

I had a really positive experience with this program. The most valuable part for me was the support from my counselor, who helped me better understand my skills and capabilities. It really boosted my confidence.

They also helped me discover new job opportunities in the Danish labour market that I hadn’t considered before. This gave me a much broader perspective and made me feel more motivated about my next career steps.

Overall, a very helpful and insightful experience that supported both my personal and professional growth.

I had a good experience with my Therapist Helle, it was a big privilege for me to speak to someone and be listened to. I got some help that I needed. I wish I had more sessions, I appreciate the clean and good spaces of their offices.

Very good company to work with. Got to this practice due to my work insurance. I have worked with Sabrina Rathje and find that she is very easy to work with and has the ability to work in English.

This is about one specific psychologist that AS3 assigned to me (name requested to be deleted).

I had 2 sessions with her. First of all, both time she was late. And at the 2nd session she yelled at me and shut off the call in 15 min.

She asked me to do mindfulness exercise in AS3 app, but both the app and the exercise just didn't work for me after trying.

She asked me "Then how should I help you if you don't do mindfulness. Mindfulness is the only way that can help you!"I said " isn't it your job to figure it out." She ended up yelling at me saying "nobody can save you" and cut the line at 15 min during the supposedly paid 60min.

She said she would complain about me and tell the insurance company that “no psychologist can save me”. I tried to let her calm down but she just shut off the call, while I was left being extremely shocked and depressed.

I called AS3 and they promised me to assign me a new one, but they told me there’s no official rating channel to file a complaint. I hope this specific psychologist (name requested to be deleted) do not hurt others like this.

I went to some sessions with a psychologist there and felt very well after each conversation and very engaged with the person. I could felt that she cared and wanted me to gain tools and to understand more in deep my situation to gain more focus and responsibility.

we had couple's therapy sessions, the least i can say it was waste of time. During the few sessions we had he had forgotten what we discussed the previous session. after seeing that talking about our problems yielded no help i thought why i dont try and ask him based on his professional experience what small/big things we can we do to heal and fix our relationship, for which he replied that our relationship has conflict and he cant help us, i told him so u can only help healthy relationships? its like he doesnt have the qualifications or simply doesnt want to help. both ways is unethical to waste resources and peoples time. based on his advice if your relationship needs help he cant help you, only healthy relationship couples he can take

The registration/assignment process was dynamic, the specialist (Thea) who was working with me was professional, friendly, helpful and flexible with solutions about the sessions.

I am very satisfied with the provided services

Quite a bad experience. I’ve worked with a psychologist that met me with little to no empathy in regards to the issue I approached AS3 with and have left the meeting feeling worse than before. I didn’t get any tools or excercises on how to deal with the issue. “That’s normal” was a sentence I’ve heard most during the 45-50 minute conversation.

I have since found another psychologist ( outside AS3) and have had an amazing experience - which made me see how bad this actually was and how many things have been missing.
