Extremely unprofessional - Poor customer service
Extremely unprofessional terrible customer service .
I gave up with my order after been given five separate dates for it to arrive made to feel a nuisance for following up on dates provided, The webpage states 3 to 4 days, I was prepared to be patient under the circumstances but to be given 5 different dates for delivery and I leave less than 30 minutes away from their address; and there poor unsympathetic respond.
From my experience I recommend strongly avoid at all cost.

Sorry for your bad experience. As I state on the listing (Etsy - order might be delayed because of COVID-10 related issues and Brexit) and you accept this. I did also on number occasions offer a refund or deliver wool by my own transport company to your home address

100% excellent customer service
100% excellent customer service. We ordered two Merino Wool round cushions on Wednesday, received immediate confirmation via email with a predicted delivery timescale of 9 days which would have been perfectly acceptable. Next Day however we received a follow up email stating the cushions had been dispatched and would be with us the following day, and they were! Quality is also exceptional so we will definitely be recommending Artwool and using them again. Very happy customer.
