Framed precisely as ordered and delivered more promptly than predicted.

Crappy and broken but no time to get a replacement as it was for a gift, I repaired and painted a basically pressed paper frame together like an idiot and I’m still pissed off about it and I keep getting emails to review it after multiple times unsubscribing. Could have just gone to Michael’s for this price

We have tried very hard to do regular business with this company but have found them to be very difficult to communicate with. Between items arriving broken and only being partially replaced and their failure to refund overcharged taxes when promised we encourage them to do better to re earn our business in the future.

The reps knew what they were talking about. The price was great. The frame looks great with the picture in it and hanging up on the wall.

Ordering was easy and the color options are plentiful. It is a beautiful, well made frame that greatly enhances the overall look of the picture. I will be a repeat customer.

Frame selection choices are second to no one. Great work in fabrication. Sizing was perfect. Shipped quickly, packaged for safe travel. Looks amazing!

Poor Quality
Ordered a wood frame, and received a plastic wood-look-a like despite increased price. Poor quality. Tried to return, but the return process is so cumbersome and costly, it is not worth my time or energy. Stick to black or white frames, then you won't be disappointed. (my first two orders were acceptable.) Also, one of the other frames was incorrect size. Once again, return process not realistic.

Price and quality compatability good. Delivery good. Packaging fair.

Really lovely custom frame. High quality and arrived safely and carefully packaged.

When I ordered the frames, I thought they were wood.
They are not and seem to be a paperboard covered with a faux wood plastic (?) coating. The hanger is one of those 1" wide metal plates with the serrated edge. Seems very cheap and not a good way to hang frames since they easily get crooked.
Disappointed in the quality.

This was a replacement frame that was needed due to corner chips that were visible on the original order. This frame was prepared with greater care and was acceptable for framing my original art piece. Art To Frames was very helpful in getting me what I needed for my project. This was one of many successful purchases through their website.
