Great quality clothing with very nice…
Great quality clothing with very nice designs, brought 3 or 4 t-shirts and the quality is top notch.
Even after multiple washes the t-shirts retain their shape and quality and the artwork is still strong and not starting to fade or pull off

Good quality and good customer service
I'm always skeptical of buying things I see on Instagram. I was worried it would be a scam. It wasn't and the customer service was great. The colour print I ordered wasn't in stock so I was contacted & given the option of either waiting a few extra days, or selecting a different colour. The print quality is really good and so is the shirt. It's an interesting material, not stretchy but durable. It's a wee bit longer than I'd usually go for but it is advertised as oversized so it's true to the description. The cap is also great. I'd order again for sure.

I have purchased quite a few t-shirts from ArtMartial and love them all. The quality is great and I really like the different designs. Several of my t-shirts are a few years old now and still look good, colours haven't faded and the print is still crisp.
Delivery is always super quick and customer service is spot on.

Great products, amazing service
I have purchased quite a few t-shirts from ArtMartial and I love them all. The quality is consistently great and I really like the different designs. Several of my t-shirts are now a couple years old and still look good, colours haven't faded and the print is still crisp.
ArtMartial made me a custom shirt last week, only took 3 days from my enquiry to recieving the shirt. Delivery is always quick and th customer service is spot-on.

The buying process is fine
The buying process is fine, however the return one needs improvement as not able to return the item directly to the shop, needs be return to the martial club, even then I had to chase my refund.

We would just like to highlight to anyone reading that this review relates to an item from our 'clubwear' print service and not any ARTMARTIAL range.
For context on this review. In addition to our own designs, we offer a print on demand service for small to medium Martial Arts schools that do not wish hold physical stock of their club t-shirts and hoodies.
In these instances we act simply as a printer on their behalf. The order is placed with us, we print it, and ship it.
We are not able to accept the returns on clubwear for several reasons. Most obviously, that it could be an extended period of time before somebody requires a club t-shirt in that particular colour/size.
The agreement between ourselves and all the clubs who use the service is; that returns go back to them as they are best placed to recycle them back into the club for when someone does require that size.
When it comes to the refund, It is not unheard of for people to change their mind and not return items. As such, we require confirmation from the club that the item has been brought back to them.
In this instance, we were not notified that the item had been returned to the club. However, as soon as we were notified, the refund was made the same day.
As of 1/6/24 the clubwear print service operates from its own dedicated site www.artmartialprint.co.uk and should hopefully avoid any confusion moving forward.
