I started using SMM when I was trying…

I started using SMM when I was trying to heal from a herniated disc and was in physio for it. It was getting better from the physio but not to where I could actually run again. I kept seeing Tom around and then looked into the program more and figured why not? It looked good and had really good reviews. Although, I was sceptical of all the good reviews, it couldn't be that good could it?

It is that good. I promise. As long as you commit to doing it and actually give it proper go then you can definitely make a lot of progress. After about a month of having added SMM to my weekly fitness regime I was back to actually running. I was amazed! I still am! My physio had told me at one point that I just might not be able to run much again. I'm glad I didn't listen to her about that part and found this program.

It's amazing. Tom and his team are also amazing and SO responsive. SMM is amazing. I sound culty don't I?

Very well though out and presented programme.

Although hard work at my age, the whole system seems well thought out, well argued and well presented in multiple formats, i.e. video and a written booklet with useful illustrations, as well as a summary document - excellent stuff.

SMM has helped me improve function in…

SMM has helped me improve function in my arthritic hip. I had one replaced but would prefer to keep my other hip. The arthritis made it hard to walk up stairs or lift my leg into the car. I tried some of Tom's exercises on FB and decided to buy SMM after seeing some improvement. SMM made that improvement exponential. I can do stairs pain free and feel stronger and more stable.

Implementing SMM into my general fitness regime has helped me to understand my body better and where my weakness’s are. Tom throws out lots of really helpful stuff, free of charge, I bought his programs after using his free content and gaining so much from it. You can trail the internet for hours and find lots of contradictory advice and videos but don’t bother. This is a one stop shop and my absolute go to.
Thank you for everything you do Keep up the good work ⭐️

Probably the only genuine fitness person on Facebook and Social Media

I have been a SMM and Tom Morrison fan for years. In a world where our social media is full of AI, fakes and people just wanting to sell you something and make money. Tom and the team are real, are genuine and actually want to improve your life. Yes they charge a very very small amount for the program, they could charge a heck of a lot more though. They are very open and honest with everything they do.
And this is not the best bit...
The SMM program is just brilliant - if you ache - do SMM, if you hurt do SMM, if you feel weak do SMM, if you want to get stronger do SMM - it just works for everything. I have not done the full SMM for a LONG time - but I will sneak in a few moves - whilst drying my hair, brushing my teeth - cleaning! its crazy how it can fit unto your everyday life.
Just get SMM you will not regret it (but you will actually have to do it!)
Oh and the facebook group has a wealth of info - the youtube page has so many FREE videos to help on every scenario..
Honestly get just SMM it is just worth it!
Thank you Tom, Jenn and the rest of the team

Great for now and for future you!

This program is so great! It does take a bit of getting used to all the movements, but it's not trying to be a quick fix - it's a new way of looking at mobility and strength for the future you as much as the present you. It's easy enough to follow and definitely feels like you're working hard!

What a great find

What a great find. Tom, Jenny, and all the team are so relatable and make you feel genuinely welcome from the start. They connect with people of all ages, which really stood out to me.
Best of all, I’ve learned so much about my mobility—it’s been incredibly valuable. Even on tougher days, they manage to make me smile, which means a lot when you’re dealing with pain.
I can’t recommend SMM highly enough, and I’ve also gained so much from the Shoulder and Posture course, not forgetting the fun of following the January Reset. Please keep doing what you are doing

Simplistic Mobility Method: fast, effective, fun

Only 12 sessions in to the Simplistic Mobility Method, I already feel stronger and more flexible. The regressions make every exercise achievable for a total beginner and there is clear help and instruction from the videos and eBook on how to manage the programme and motivate yourself. 30 - 40 minutes every other day is very achievable and I alternate with some of Tom & Jenny's free YouTube video sessions. A major breakthrough for someone who hates exercising.

Give SMM a go

I purchased the SMM programme and found that it is very complete with a complete guide and videos which may it easy to understand. Although I have a lot of experience training, some of the movements can be challenging at first as they highlight areas where I need to improve, however after a few sessions I am noting improvements.

Be consistent

What made it great was seeing the improvements. With that crossing over into different activities. Videos and guides with color examples and alternatives really helped. Thank you.
Feel the lower back pain going away.

One of best programs out there

One of best programs out there! I'm suffering from L5-S1 disc herniation with extrusion(and extreme sciatica). I've been doing the SMM protocol for over 20+ days and I'm back at my feet. The program is really nice layed out, even if you are bed ridden. I can't simply even imagine where I would be if it wasn't for Tom and his experience!

Thank you!

Love SMM

Since starting the SMM program I have definitely become stronger and more flexible. I started in October and do the exercises regularly. I’ve done exercise classes before but I have never received such precise instructions on how to get in to the right position to make sure the correct muscles engage to get the most out of every exercise. I also love the way Tom interacts with us. I posted a question and he responded really quickly and the rest of the community are also really helpful and encouraging. Love it!

Useful content, helpful and cheerful team!

I bought SMM to help me with some pain and muscular imbalances because the free content was so useful. It's been very helpful, great value for money, the team are always cheerful and positive. I'd recommend it to anyone, whether they have pain/injuries or not.
