Very efficient anx helpful
Very efficient service. They were very knowledgeable when myself and my partner rang to enquire about the kit. Once received (we wanted to test loft insulation) we decided to instruct another company to conduct a full survey because we were worried about the safety aspect. I returned the kit and 2 days after receipt I received a full refund. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Very speedy service and at a good price. If you have your own protective equipment you can just buy the sampling bags for a lower cost. Very pleased.

An excellent service from start to finish.
A comprehensive package sent with protective clothing and secure packaging for sample return. Clear instructions for sampling also enclosed.
Advised when received sample and result within a couple of days.
