Dispose of the ppe in the waste bags provided and post it.
Good communication throughout and you get a certificate to prove what the sample is.. in my case not asbestos.
Happy days.

Not sure yet ,sent samples 1 week sgo ,advised not received (typo) then confirmed received after i sent pod ,
Told today results should be later today but now i think buisness closed for the day ( and i havnt recrived them)so i guess hopefully maybe ill get results Monday at some stage but i wont hold my breath !
Annoyingly no contact number given although i requested it just texts and await another weekend at least .
The moral of this story is to drive the couple of hundred miles to their test centre and arrive before 2pm to get results within 24 hrs and save wasting your time following up for results if you dont have a week to 10 days to spare !

One of the worst services ever experienced!!
Do not touch is my advice.
I trusted reviews - I should not have done that. All sounds nice and simple on the website and I suppose if you regularly use these kits then just ordering one might be good value.
if you need results quickly DO NOT BOTHER! The amount of excuses they had were legendary.
I cannot remember actually taking the time to write a negative review publicly, but I am fuming about the way they handled my case.

We’re sorry to read your review, but we do need to clarify several points for accuracy.
The kit you received was complete and used. As clearly stated in the instructions, certain household items (such as a spray bottle and detergent) are not supplied and must be prepared before starting the sampling process. This is explained explicitly in the booklet provided with every kit. Unfortunately, these instructions were not followed.
Despite this, we made multiple attempts to help resolve the situation, including:
Responding to all emails within our stated business-hour response times
1. Offering a replacement kit
2. Offering collection from our premises due to your proximity
3. Providing clarification and images of the instructions
At no point were “legendary excuses” given — only factual explanations and reasonable options within our published policies.
Once PPE has been opened and used, a kit is classed as used for health and safety reasons and cannot be refunded. This is standard practice across asbestos testing services and is clearly outlined in our terms.
We appreciate that delays on site are stressful, but we cannot accept responsibility where instructions were not read or followed, nor can we offer refunds for used kits.

Cost-effective, quick turnaround and excellent customer service. Quoted €350 for a test here in Ireland, tried Asbestos Sampling just to see and was delighted. Had a blip with a digit missing on upload of reference number but Customer Service (Maggie) was superb and sorted it all out very quickly. Satisfied client on my end and will definitely use again.

Thanks for your review. I’m really sorry for the confusion here — I’ve checked your order and can confirm that we received your sample on 26/10/2023 and sent your results the very same day.
We also haven’t received any direct contact from you about this, so we weren’t aware you hadn’t seen the results. They may have landed in your spam or promotions folder, so please check there just in case. We’ve re-sent your report to ensure you have it.

I'd expect results 24hrs later, but nothing - not even a confirmation of delivery.
I sent an inquiry on Friday morning to ask what was happening. To their credit, they responded quite quickly to say that they could only do a 48hr service, apologies for the delay etc. That might have been fine, except that it was already past 48hrs from the sample arrival. When will I get my results? Who knows...

To clarify the situation: your sample arrived at the lab on Wednesday, and under normal circumstances your results should have been completed well within the advertised turnaround time. Unfortunately, the lab experienced an unexpected operational issue affecting Scope testing, which impacted several reports — including yours — and we were not notified of the disruption until after your sample had already been received. This has caused delays beyond what is acceptable, and I completely understand your frustration.
When you contacted us on Friday, we replied the same morning, issued a partial refund immediately, and communicated the temporary change to a 48-hour turnaround. Once you got back in touch to say this timeframe had already passed, we escalated your case with the lab and provided a further 25% goodwill refund. We have since been pushing for an updated report time and were informed today that your results are due for completion and release shortly.
I appreciate that this doesn’t undo the disruption, and I’m genuinely sorry that you are still waiting. Please rest assured that your report remains a priority and we will send it to you the moment it is released by the lab.
