Extremely Disappointed — Months of Issues and Still No Real Solution
I purchased the Artika Austin 23" LED Fandelier (Model FAN-AUR-C2BL) in April 2025, and at first it seemed like a great addition to my home. Unfortunately, by June the remote completely stopped working, and shortly after that, the fan began making a loud buzzing noise that made it unusable. Artika did send me a replacement remote, but it didn’t resolve the issue—the buzzing continued. I was then asked to provide my full address, the part number, my receipt, and photos so they could continue the warranty process, only to be told that a replacement fan was on backorder. Now, nearly four months later, I was told by Karla that a replacement was finally being sent. When I looked at the receipt, I saw it wasn’t a replacement fan at all—just another remote. At this point, I’ll be pulling the fan down and returning it to Costco. Thankfully, their return policy is excellent.
Excellent customer service
Our fandelier arrived without a remote control. I spoke with Mark at Customer Care & Support who immediately created a file. After sending the required information, I received a shipping confirmation by the next morning. The remote is on its way!
Confusing return policy
I don't understand why your store credit policy is so difficult. I received two fixtures that I'm unable to use. They are in their original box, unused and sealed. Never opened. I've read the return policy thoroughly. I've opted for a store credit to be applied to a future purchase. Why am I being asked to send a photo of cut wires in order to have a credit processed when that is not a requirement listed for the Option #1 store credit? And it makes no sense to damage an unused product that could easily go back into inventory. I suggest you make your store credit policy clearer and indicate "cut wires" is a requirement as it's misleading as shown. However, since your customer support is insisting I do this, I will. I'm writing this so customers are aware and made clear of the process.
Artika has no customer service.
Purchased a pair of Artika 'swirl' led vanity lights in April of this year directly. Had them installed the following month in a bathroon redecorate. Couple of months later the fixtures started to flicker. Sent email about my concerns. Got a quick reply that a case has been opened. They wanted a picture. i sent it. Now after repeted attempts through email and a phone number to recorded message No response.

I had a problem with a swirl light
I had a problem with a swirl light. Artika rep. was very cordial and helpful. I called Artika late on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend and the rep. advised that a replacement light would be sent to me early the following week. Today is Monday of the long weekend and I received an order confirmation showing that the replacement light would be sent to me at no cost. Wow.

Very disappointed with their so-called guarantee. The vanity lights stopped working in less than 6 months, and when I contacted them, they asked for a video as proof. I sent the video over two months ago and haven’t heard back since. No follow-up, no replacement, no action. Their guarantee seems to be just an empty promise. Poor customer service.

Damaged solar light !
We purchased a set of solar string lights from Costco and when we hung them up , one of the lights was damaged and wouldn’t light up. I called Artika and spoke to Ana Maria. Because we are a five hour drive away from Costco, Ana asked me to submit a copy of my receipt and photo of the damaged light. Once she received this information she was able to send a new set to us. Replacement Glass
Somehow one of our lights we received was broken or broke as it came out of the box. The customer service rep was very helpful, directed me what I had to send him and within a couple of hours he had ordered a replacement glass for us. Very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I’ve placed an order from their website, through their Amazon store and Walmart. Neither order has been shipped or delivered. I ordered April 24th and have been patiently waiting for my chandeliers. They provide tracking numbers that don’t end up getting picked up/moving at all. Save your $$$ and do not purchase from them!
Absolutely awful - what a unmitigated disaster
Ordered $500 of lighting. Arrived in six boxes (shipped from Canada) on 3 different days with no shipping boxes! Product boxes were damaged and taped-up beyond recognition. Items inside had also been randomly taped and did not include all the items -- clearly these were returned items. One box didn't include instructions, another one no installation kit.
Further, these items do not seem designed to be installed for the US market (despite being sold on the Costco Next program.) The extremely heavy ceiling fixture I ordered requires drywall anchors instead of mounting to the ceiling box! I have installed dozens of light fixtures in my 40 years doing this and never have I seen such a ridiculous and unsafe installation process.
I am returning everything. I expect a refund within 7 days or a dispute will be filed with my bank.

Excellent warranty respons - Artika Skylight panel
I purchased an Artika panel Skylight 4 years 8 months ago. Very please with the light. It unfortunately developed a dark bar about the middle of the panel. I contacted Artika and after a very short conversation with Mariangel of Customer Care & Support, supplying her with the necessary information, a replacement panel was on the way almost immediately. I am very pleased with Artika's warranty response. My panel arrived 7 days after my initial contact with Artika.
