STAY AWAY. I am disabled old man with Mobility Issues & can't get to a PO if not home to sign for delivery. Currently taking them to Court to get NO Signature Required as Aus Post has already agreed to. But because of Court they got angry & they now Stopped my Critical Medication . So now taking them also to Human Rights. No Heart in this Company. Unscrupulous & no Care for Clients.

Disgraceful treatment of patients. Consultations are suppose to have a minimum time limit. I paid $70 AUD multiple times for a 30 second consultation.
Provider has no issues taking money from a patient knowing they cannot fulfill the order for a week or 9 days etc but still takes the funds.
Been with them for over 12 months.
Have had orders go missing & I have to order more for it to get here on time while they investigate the one that went missing.
Either way this company is the most money hungry organisation I have seen.
Court proceedings by the tga due to their shady advertising.
Not sure about offering a $40 credit when you sign someone else up.
Pretty sure that's illegal or at the least morally incorrect.
Everyone I know that was with alternaleaf when I started has now left.
I will also be looking for a new provider.
The government supporting medical cannabis needs to throw the book at this place immediately 😊
